Just beautiful, very happy & well looked after

Pros: I like the location & the gorgeous boutique vibe Medusa has but the thing I love about Medusa are the warm & friendly people that make every stay so personalised & happy. Its like youre being taken care of by wonderful friends.

Cons: Having to leave & finish my stay! Lol

Pros: We were greeted personally by Sean who welcomed us in, took us to our room and explained where the various light switches were, how to work air con ect. very handy as sometimes these things can be a challenge. The hotel is an old building and has the quirks associated with a 19 century build converted - no lift and assorted room sizes. We had a lovely room with plenty of space, good facilities - which meant you could easily enjoy having a light meal/ snack in the room - the shower had excellent pressure and the water was nice and hot , something that is lacking in many places. Sean took time to make sure we could achieve all we wanted to do in the time we had in Sydney, with advice on walking routes, transport and options of places we hadn't thought of visiting. There are numerous coffee shops, breakfast cafes near by as well as a good selection of other eateries and supermarkets within short walking distance. We treated ourselves to the airport transfer and it may have been a little more than a standard transfer but the driver was brilliant and the luxury of having some one else handle your luggage and ensure you are at the right place for your check in was a nice end to our trip to Australia. Thank you Sean for looking after us so well.

Pros: The person in charge was very helpful. He told us about good landscapes, pubs, and other attractions not found in the guidebooks. There are many other things to do, but I would stay at this hotel again.

Chic stay in Sydney

Pros: Very well maintained, cute property. The staff was fantastic, Jesse and Sean made our stay super comfortable. It is well located with good cafes in the area and bus stops nearby.

Cons: No elevator made taking the luggage to and from the room a big task. The rooms are quite tiny. Well equipped, but staying with a lot of luggage is tricky.

Great location. Great staff. The lindt balls on the bed were a great touch!

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful. Gave us all the information we needed and even a late check out which was very much appreciated when our flight got cancelled. The room had everything we needed.

Cons: The light is quite bright in the morning so a blind to block that out would have been great. No elevator which wasn't a deal breaker but as we were right up the top it was a bit of a hike.

Pros: The minute we arrived, we were greeted by Jesse who was amazingly friendly. They were very polite and super welcoming. Sean was also an amazing host. They checked in with us throughout our stay and were very personable. They had upgraded us to a deluxe, bigger room also. Amazing!

Cons: Other than the stairs, nothing. Even the stairs were part of the boutique aesthetic of the hotel.
