    Good experience

    Pros: The rooms were very big and helped keep our toddler entertained. The rooms were also very clean. The view and location were very good with plenty of places to eat. The staff were very friendly and helped us throughout our stay, making it comfortable. Would highly recommend to families with small children as the staff do go out there way to help.
    Cons: Out of season, and therefore, there wasn't much happening in the resort. The indoor heated pool was limited and only opened 9am to 10pm and 12pm to 3pm. The AC wasn't as cool, and we were told this is because it is winter season.

    Unsatisfied

    Pros: Accordingly for all inconveniences they gave us fruit plate, what was nice They have fire show at night for guests
    Cons: For sure it cant be a 5 stars , I would say its max a 3 stars. The most important. Its NOT a beachfront hotel. U have to cross a road to reach the beach. And frankly its nasty place, with smelly showers and washrooms. Hotel: -first room what we get was two beds combined to one what was extremely inconvenient and no water coffee and tea provided. Sleepers and toothbrush was not provided as well cause its late and housekeeper finished her duties After we asked to change the room: -water issues( not strong pressure of water, takes longer time to take shower, which makes it not comfortable at all) -no light in the room( what we end up only two small lamps near each side of the bed) -laundry does not work properly( they dont take clothes after 7 pm) and even next day I was not satisfied with ironing of the dress - breakfast as well not for 5 stars We are unsatisfied and have to change the hotel after two nights

    Pros: - Absolute great hospitality by the staff at reception Ines, Lynda, Ouemeyma - Staff in the buffet were absolutely phenomenal; always had a smile and great esp with the children: Salem & Aymen - entertainment for kids disco was great and so was the pool staff entertainment and energy. Overall a great stay and lovely staff!
    Cons: - was a few hiccups in terms of certain issues i.e. late night check in was extremely slow, kettle wasn't working, etc etc however this was addressed in the morning and was offered a service for free - we weren't told the other cuisines other than the main buffet restaurant was a set menu - occasional miscommunication; but again this was addressed and apologized.

    Average 5 star hotel

    Pros: Very large and comfortable bed. Rooms are with balcony with part seaview. We booked the half board. Buffet was ok. Good desserts.drinks are very cheap compared to other 5 stars. Pools are well maintained. A special mention to Walid who took take of us at the restaurant.A man with a big heart whom we will never forget. Overall staff are very helpful.
    Cons: Entertainment.the worst ive seen.they were making people run away.nobody understood what they we doing. Could have a dance show or a singer instead. from our room we could watch the other hotel's entertainment which was FIRE.

    Pros: The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yasmine Hammamet.

    Superb

    Pros: The all inclusive food was great, pool was clean, staff were amazing and friendly, room was spacious and very clean. Great location for exploring surrounding areas. Also next to a beach which was great.
    Cons: When the breakfast was finished there wasn't much food left in the snack bar. All inclusive drinks were limited in choice.

    Pros: I really love the environment. The staffs were very friendly and able to help any time. They have an amazing food, spa and swimming pool with lots of fun during my stay. I really recommend this hotel.
