Cons: If you want to use the airport shuttle you have to book 24 hours in advanced. We didnt know this and only stayed one night in the hotel, so it was impossible to know this on time! We were a bit disappointed.

Amazing atmosphere and close to city center, yet quiet surroundings

Pros: Super atmosphere. Nice and comfy beds, close to the city center but yet not tooooo much noise from th nearby "club area". 2 nearby restaurant choices for breakfast (pls note: NOT on site at the hotel). The ASI restaurant was particular close and with lots of delicious choices.

Cons: There was no option of turning down the heater or turning off the outside jacuzzi, meaning it was steaming hot ALL the time - even during a hot 32C day. Waste of energy... Also we noticed that th pool wasn't cleaned on 3 consecutive days during our stay. Overall ok, but leaves from the botanicals/trees drops into the pool (so would have been nice)

Pros: The property was awesome. I was not expecting the condo to be the way it was. I was expecting much less as some times pictures makes the place look nicer. Except this time I was amazed the way this property looked.

We loved our stay.

Pros: The staff was exceptional. Helped in anyway they could and went out of their way to make our vacation wonderful. AC worked great and we were so glad to have a water filter. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The entire room was very cozy and we felt very safe.

Pros: This place is beautiful!! Perfect for a relaxing week away and still incredibly close to the shopping/beach/restaurants. Very safe with security on the gate at night.

Perfect stay for a family

Pros: Great location 5 minutes from the beach and from the 5h Avenue. Very calm and safe. The appartment is furnished with everything you might need, including micro-wave, oven and even a blender to make fresh juices or salsas. Very clean and confortable. The pool is very nice, with its waterfall and jacuzzi. Great value for money!

Pros: Our apartment on the ground floor was perfect. The beds were clean & comfortable, we had a choice of cooking facilities 2 very clean bathrooms & a hot tub. There were several choices for breakfast, and although served a block away, it was of a high standard. In addition, the apartment was in a fantastic location - close to the main streets but far enough away for peace and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay.again!

Cons: The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms failed twice but the engineer arrived in less than 15 mins on both occasions to repair it.
