Pros: The hotel is situated in the centre ideal for visiting the Gothic Quarter, Port Vell and Barcelonetta. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Pros: The staffs are warm and helpful,but luck of amenities like refrigerator, coffee amenities no even complimentary mineral water with the price of per night the management should improve their amenities.we even request fo extra cup or disposable cup but only 3 glass cup in the bathroom are available according to the staff.

Pros: The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It is located very close to La Rambla and 10 minute walking from Plaza de Catalunya

Cons: We didnt like many things in this hotel. No wonder that its rate went down from 8.5 few years ago (they kept that sign for 2020 on the entrance). - We had a problem with hot water in the shower. There is no hot water all the time and it keeps on changing between hot and cold. The staff was very rude when we raised the issue and said that hot water doesnt go up to the third floor easily. - The room doesnt get cleaned during the stay even though we asked every day to do so. It was never cleaned during our 5-day stay! They only changed towels. - The pictures on Booking.com are old. The actual condition of the room is worse. Dirty walls, rust in bathroom, broken tiles etc. - The safe in the room got locked and didnt open until they had to open it manually. Overall, it was a bad experience and would never pay again such an overrated rate for this hotel.

A+ location but below average facilities

Pros: Great location and can walk everywhere. Also just opposite metro station which was convenient. Staff were all very lovely and helpful.

Cons: Aircon didn't work the first night and room felt like sauna. Staff kindly swapped rooms for 2nd and 3rd night. No fridge or kettle available in the room.

The aircond was not working the whole 3 nights I was there and the staff couldnt help fix the issue or give me a new room. The room was so small and to make matters worst aircond didnt work the whole time. It was very unpleasant to say the least. My request for a refund or some form of compensation was ignored. I didnt book for a room without aircond, the hotel did nothing to help the situation or provide any form of compensation. I think you should do better than this

Cons: for the whole 3 days and 2 nights that we booked we didnt had air-conditioned ON! and the staffs were not even thoughtful enough to give as a fan. we had to go down to the reception to ask for one.

Pros: The hotel is very close to the metro station. The staff spoke English and tried their best to be helpful. There is a smoking area up on the roof of the hotel.

Cons: The street was VERY noisy all night long, the windows in the rooms didn't close properly, and not even being on the third floor helped. The rooms are not so great, small but at least clean-ish.

Cons: The airconditioner was not working, the hairdeyer was also not working properly. Our room was in the back of the building so it was a bit dark like cave and was not like in the pictures definetly. In the bathroom there were many tiny flies. I dont recommend it, find a better place to stay. It is not a 3 stars hotel.

Pros: Exceptionally helpful staff. They gave me a map and explained all directions and information about the metros, things to do ect.. Each staff member gave 5 star service at reception. Perfect location in a reallly nice street with lovely buildings. All very clean rooms.

Cons: Everything except the location was awful. We stayed here for 5 nights. Room was dirty and smelt really bad, sheets had not been cleaned. Doors didnt lock so we couldnt leave our belongings in the room. We had freezing cold showers the entire stay. Staff were rude. We tried to discuss our issues and they told us we would be reimbursed after we checked out and to email them which we did. No response. We messaged through booking.com, no response. We called and were told the manager would call back, they didn't. We were completely ignored. We talked to booking.com who also couldn't get into contact with them. Booking.com ended up reimbursing us for the stay as they could see our messaging history on booking.com. DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst stay ever.
