    A good location hotel with quiet room and good wifi

    Pros: Decent location not too far from the usual sight seeing for tourist. Quiet room and good wifi. Tiny elevator but good enough to bring up your luggage. You have to find it in the back on the ground floor, hidden. The free coffee pots are quite good.
    Cons: The bathroom is quite small and no room to put your stuff. Not sure what happened but the hallway is rather cigarette smelly. When we complained, the reply was their monitoring camera did not show anyone smoking. One night when I left the door opened for more than a few minutes, our room smells like a smoking room. Our son was having a cough fit as he is allergic to cigarette smoke.

    Pros: Easy check-in process with a key box Great location, few mins away from the Termini bus station Free luggage storage at reception which allowed us to enjoy Rome better on our last day before leaving

    Great place to stay

    Pros: The location is great as is close to the train station and to the main attractions also. The street is quite small but noisy. The host left ear plugs for us. I did not used them, but my wife did.
    Cons: It was quite small, but so are most of the places in Italy so this is not a minus.

    Pros: Situated just off the town centre & a 15 min walk from the train station. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Ideal location for sightseeing with the colosseum a few minutes walk away. Would recommend

    Convenient, accessible and very clean.

    Pros: My room was looking over the courtyard. Being in Rome and the location was really well for me. It's a whole different world in Rome from Chicago, IL. We stood at your hotel twice and were please.
    Cons: Bathroom was small, especially the shower.

    Pros: Prompt communication and easy checking process, the hotel was easy to find based on the given instructions. Room was cleaned every day and each day there were couple of coffee capsules which was very nice :) Also we could leave the luggage after check out.

    Great location and great value.

    Pros: The room was basic but a good size. The location was ideal. There was a fridge and coffee making facilities in the room which was great. The room was made up with fresh towels on both days. They even left little sweets on our pillow, which my daughter and son loved, plus they provided use of umbrellas which was needed!
    Cons: The bathroom was a little snug and dated but it did the job. The road was noisy but we shut the windows and used the AC so couldnt hear anything.

    Very lovely

    Pros: The room has space and the bed is comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet street near the Roma Termini station, so it's very well located if you need to walk from there with your luggage. There are some nice restaurants as well nearby. The staff sends you all the instructions on whatsapp and they are very clear to follow to enter the appartment. I recommend staying there.

    Great place for a great price

    Pros: The room was clean, no traces of dirt anywhere. There was almost no noise, only when other guests walked outside the room. The area also feels safe to stay in.
    Cons: We wish the AC was more efficient since it was always warm in the room during our stay, even though we set it to the lowest temperature. It did help, but it could have been a little better.

    Wonderful

    Great place to stay in Rome

    Pros: This was a perfect base camp for our 2 night stay in Rome. It was walking distance from the Colosseum and Forum, and public transit, had a large room and decent bathroom. The area is mostly, but not always quiet, but the ear plugs they provided made for a great nights sleep. We were able to keep our bags there after checkout despite the self-checkin/out. Would stay again!
    Cons: Its an old building, so the plumbing is touchy. We didnt have any issues, but we were really careful with the toilets flush capacity
