Pros: A very classy hotel, elegantly furnished and styled. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location 2-mins walk to tram and ~10-15mins walk to Zurich HBF.

Excellent! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other travellers.

Pros: Location was close to all the main attractions and lots of restaurants nearby. Theres also a tram stop around the corner from the hotel that takes you to the main train station if you didnt want to walk there with your luggage.

Cons: It would have been useful to have a mini fridge in the room.

This is definitely the place you need to stay at in Zurich!

Pros: I loved everything! First the location is FANTASTIC. 2 minutes walk to the tram station and 10 min walk to the HB main train station. SURROUNDED by everything u need in Zurich. Cafes, Shops, Restaurants. Across the river there is also the shopping area - like 5 minutes away. Also the facilities are amazing. Nice rooms, good AC, elevator, great clean showers in the room. Excellent coffee machine always available. But best of all, the STAFF IS AMAZING. Super decent super helpful. All of them. Would definitely stay there every time I am in Zurich and highly recommend it to others.

Nice place, but rooms have very low ceilings.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice room.

Cons: Im used to European rooms being small, but this one was odd in that the ceilings were short. Im 61 (1.85m) and the top of my head touched the ceiling. I wasnt able stand up all the way in the shower.
