    Pros: I like the area. I like all there is to do around the hotel.
    Cons: The chairs in our rooms were falling apart. The baseboard in the bathroom was coming off. There was a man painting our door at 12 am and woke us up.

    Pros: The location was good. The staff was friendly.
    Cons: The room wasn’t cleaned well, the toilet didn’t flush at all due to the handle being broken , the security latch on the room door had screws removed so it wouldn’t properly secure the room. Not a pleasant birthday experience.

    Price misleading

    Pros: Location
    Cons: The price that booking gave me was not what they charged .Price was $34.00 higher ,due to them charging a resort fee every night , instead of a deposit,which is usually return .Another way get more money out of customers,and at same time make your discounts incorrect,and misleading.

    Cons: Was told it was kid friendly and the only thing my 16-year-old daughter could do was swim in the pool and only till 6:00 that don't seem very kid friendly to me. I was also told that the drinks were complimentary if you were gambling but every time I walked up to the bar they tried to charge me 20 or $30

    Very disappointing.

    Pros: Close to restaurants. Room was big and quiet.
    Cons: Staff was RUDE and unhelpful. No way to call the front desk from your room. One of the main reasons we stayed here was that it had a hot tub, but it was not hot and we spent an hour trying to get someone to help and they said twice they had fixed it but they didn't. As we were leaving there was a huge pile of dog poop in the middle of the lobby. No one seemed to notice or care. I almost rolled my suitcase through it on the way out. Smoking room. Didn't know that was a thing so I booked it accidentally. Said no non-smoking rooms available even though it was a Sunday night and it seemed like the hotel was 1/2 empty. The whole hotel was dated and tired looking.
