Pros: Good sized room, very clean

Cons: Beware they may refuse to feed you as a guest if you don't have dinner booked in advance. We did not expect this, and there were no restaurants available close by for dinner.

A great place for a relaxing break

Pros: The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. The stroll to the beach was easy.

Cons: We were not offered assistance with our luggage on arrival which as our accommodation was in a separate Spa block on the upper floor would have been helpful. Also the shortage of dining space was a shame.

Pros: Not much. Maybe the parking area.

Cons: Check in time 4pm. So I arrive after a 6 hour drive at 2pm, hot as hell, the lobby was a sauna, no airco in the entire building and they dont bother at all to give me a room before 4pm. I understand there might not be one available directly but you can just give me the next one available within 15 or 20 minutes. No airco or ventilation in the rooms as well, so its very very very hot. Need to sleep with open windows which attract a lot of animals. I visited in September, cant imagine during the hot summer months. Finally decided to check out at 7.30 in the morning, but the front desk starts at 8am. So I just left my key.

Gorgious place, great location for Honfleur and Etretat

Pros: The room was spacious and newly decorated, and the bed was wide and comfortable. We stayed at the spa building which was handy. Dinner was superb however, the drinks were very pricy! Breakfast was gorgeous. We had a spa treatment that was very good.

Cons: We weren't made aware that breakfast wasn't included, and that it cost 25 per person - however, it was a gorgeous breakfast, would have been nice to know in advance...

Cons: Cocktails and other drinks at the restuarant was way above the market price.

Pros: Pool was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. The room was very nice but not exceptional. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons: Before booking here you need to check very carefully when they serve dinner. Normally no dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays, as an added bonus when we were there not on Wednesday as well. Most annoying. They had a list of restaurants and we chose 2 very nice ones, but you still have to drive, not good if you wish to have a good meal with wine.

Pros: The staff could not do enough to help. The room was very big and comfortable. We were three adults in the room and even the sofa bed was comfortable. The spa was delightful. The pool/jacuzzi temp was about 30 degrees. Lovely outside area in the spa to relax and drink a cocktail. The restaurant was very good with a great wine selection. Exceeded expectations. There are many little thought out details which are not apparant in the brochure and it was surprisingly good valur for money. Will certainly be returning.
