    Pros: I did the online check a few days before arrival, sent photos of our passports via Whatsap. It was all very easy and then we were given a door code to get into the building and our keys were in our room. We actually stayed at this hotel on a previous trip in 2017 and chose it again because of its value and location. The location cannot be beat, right on the edge of Campo de Fiori which is very central for walking to all of the other tourist sites. The AC worked perfectly!
    Cons: The online check in was fine but it is nice to have a person on site to answer questions and give recommendations. Not a deal breaker though. We'd definitely stay here again.

    This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Europe.

    Cons: This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Europe. There is no staff in the hotel, everything has to be self-service, very inconvenient The facilities in the room are very old, not like the photos at all. The sanitary conditions are very bad, no hot water in the middle of the shower. The staff on the line did not respond in time and had a bad attitude Even the passers-by know the password of the hotel gate, very unsafe! The room is not soundproof, especially noisy

    Pros: Prime location near the Tiber River in Rome.
    Cons: Very small room with two twin beds; it looks nothing like the photos online. The room was unbearably hot and we slept with our door cracked and the window open. We told management that the air conditioning was not working and they simply responded that it was.

    Clean, good beds, but no help with keeping luggage.

    Pros: The beds, and it was clean. Communication was fluent thorugh Whats App.
    Cons: They didn't have a room to leave our luggage, that casued some disruption (we had to pay some private lockers somewhere else. and it was very tirying to move the luggage from that place to the hotel, strees in Rome and made of cobblestones, traffic is awful, and streets are steep, so those 7 minutes walk with the luggage were a nightmare). And actaually they do have a room, that they could very easily convert in a place to safely store luggage by installing a camera and a code (like most palces have nowadays)

    The location was good but definitely wouldnt stay here again. The room was old, bathroom mouldy and overall dark. The

    Pros: The location is in a cute local area and walkable.
    Cons: The room is definitely not like the pictures. Its old and dark and had mould in the bathroom and rotting baseboards near the shower as it has no door. Floors were sticky and dirty and just old.

    Overall great experience staying at this property and would definitely recommend to other travelers.

    Pros: Great location - close to popular part of Rome. Very clean property and great communication with owner to organize check in and check out.
    Cons: Twin single beds did not stay together so when moving the beds would separate.

    Perfect location and communication from property

    Pros: property is central to all sights, restaurants and shops. Everything in Rome is within easy walking distance. The communication from booking to leaving has been excellent as the property reply through WhatsApp very quickly.
    Cons: one room was perfect, but the other needs a bit of a refurbishment - the hairdryer was broken and taped together and the shower door was wobbly
