    Pros: I absolutely love staying at main stay in Granville my family and I always come in from out of town to visit family and we stay here an we absolutely love it. So many things to do for kids and it's just such a nice comfortable place to stay

    Great Hotel, Great Location and Nice Rooms.

    Pros: We loved the Room. The kitchen was a surprise, I forgot it had one. The updated game room was nice, and this is primarly why we chose to stay here again. We loved the indoor pool, mini golf and basketball court in the past. No more mini golf was sad but we did spend some money playing games. Forgot to cash out the points for a toy but thats okay. Breakfast was okay. Pancakes always are good.
    Cons: I didnt like how hot it was in the game room. Unable to lower the heat or open a window was not fun.. I wish there was more options for breakfast. I did not like the breakfast sandwiches. I wish there was an option for cereal or waffles.

    Cons: The Manager was rude about the pool being closed we made our reservations well in advance of the pool being closed and we were told if we were not ok with it, we could go stay at another hotel.

    Pleasant

    Great location with much to do but the property manager could have treated guests more respectfully.

    Pros: Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast had only pancakes, heat up sandwich's yogurt and apples and oranges.
    Cons: When we booked our reservation, the pool was not CLOSED, and the pool closing was not posted on the travel site & the reservations that were well in advance were not contacted about the closure. Apon arriving at the hotel the manage said if we didn't like it, we could stay somewhere else, WE BOOKED AS RETURN GUESTS BECAUSE OUR KIDS LOVE STAYING THERE AND LOVE THE POOL BUT THE WAY IT WAS HANDLED WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!!
