Pros: That the room had a kitchen (mini stove, microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, and all utensils needed). It was quiet. The bed was super comfy and they allowed pets which was a necessity for our stay as we’re traveling for a move.

Cons: Room had dirty dishes in dishwasher. Room dingy and very stinky. Bathroom had mold under sink. We asked for our room to be cleaned next day & they never came up to clean it.

Cons: The refrigerator kept making this loud noise. When the people above us flushed they’re toilet you could hear it running down the wall. The breakfast was very limited. We didn’t have a remote to the tv my husband had to go downstairs and ask for towels. Because there wasn’t any in the room. The room was really small.

Pros: We ended up booking at this hotel because our original hotel had a power outage. The hotel is located in a safe and secure area. Had a nice breakfast. The pool look nice although we did not use it.

Cons: The room is definitely a bit dated and run down. We could have a stand to be cleaned.

Just visited this past weekend....

Pros: The couple staff members that we interacted with were friendly. We did like the layout of the room with the bed being in its own space with a door. Honestly slept well, but after working/traveling and going to sleep late, we could have just been extra tired. My brother had another room and he said his was updated and not dirty - maybe they just neglect the ones that need to be updated still.

Cons: Our room was DIRTY. There was either cat or dog food and dirt/dust on top of the refrigerator. There were sunflower seeds/dirt/dust on top of the cabinets, along with the book that tells you about the hotel and surrounding areas. Cobwebs and spider webs and dust build-up on lights and the window shades/valances, in corners of the ceilings. The room reeked of dog - I love all animals but that smell - not so much. The halls/our room reeked of cigarettes. When I went to search the space below the bed for anything we may have lost, there were kid's magna-tiles and a couple of pieces of trash behind the bed skirt, which tells me they likely didn't vacuum. Crumbs of some sort on the couch. We had thought about checking out Saturday (instead of Sunday) as we were in for a memorial service and my due date is only a couple weeks away, before seeing the room. After seeing the room, our decision was nailed down. We checked out and headed home after the service on Saturday. They did refund our Saturday night (with a $10 early check out fee) if we told them before 10 am, so that was nice. I really am NOT picky at all and will deal with a lot before complaining/writing a review, but this was a bit over the top. It makes you wonder if your sheets/blankets and such were even changed before you entered the room.
