    Pros: The rooms are very large and laid out well. We really like the large refrigerator and couch. We had a great adjustable shower head in the bathroom. And you can have a pet in your room for an extra $25.

    Pros: The health department needs to be called on this hotel. I have numerous pictures and it was disgusting and filthy. I refused to stay in the first two suites I was shown and only stayed in the 3rd because it was too late. Refund needed

    Pros: Breakfast was good for being continental. Glad to have a lot of pillows on my bed.
    Cons: Wasnt going to let me check in early until another family showed up then I could. My room plastic bag on smoke detector, almost fell off toilet due to seat not being screwed on, shower not clean, and tv didnt work until front desk worker messed with it.

    Pros: The front desk clerk in the morning was amazing.
    Cons: Paper thin walls, From 8:30pm-12:30am, when I complained, could hear the bass from the second floor, and the room next to mine, could literally hear every words they were screaming at each other. Then the door deadbolt would not unlock, could not get out.

    I would not stay here again. The walls were also very thin. You could hear everything that was going on down your hallwa

    Cons: The desk clerk that was not very friendly, didnt even crack a smile the room was filthy. There was a used dental pic under the couch. There was a used napkin behind the nightstand, and there was stuff splattered on the wall in the kitchen.

    Dump!

    Pros: Friendly desk attendant.
    Cons: Filthy room. Bathroom smelled like pee. Reused soap bar stuck into previously opened wrapper. Fridge dirty inside and on top covered in dust. Lines on bathroom sink switched. Hot was cold. Cold was hot. Bugs in room...not bed bugs. Toilet kept running. Would NEVER stay at a MainStay again.

    Cons: Staff and lack of housekeeping, cleanliness. On arrival-toilet seat was broke, coffee had been in the pot with mold growing on it, kitchen countertop was pretty dirty. On the 3rd day asked for clean towels 3 times. Finally got garbage emptied 4th day.

    Pros: we did not try it we left
    Cons: this hotel was beautiful on the outside. We expected so much from it and when we got in the front desk, they were very polite and we got up to our room and found that the kitchen was dirty. The rooms were definitely not what we expected. Much different than the outside.

    Fair

    I think instead of $95 a night, this was more in the range of $69-$75 per night. Just my two cents.

    Pros: One of the things my wife and I do look for when traveling is a decent continental breakfast built into the cost. This one was lacking. Last Friday morning it was fine. Nothing fantastic. But the syrup noticeably wasn't coming out of the can very easily. The next morning (Saturday the 26th) there was no syrup dispensing from the can. Turned out they'd run out and the guy working there was scraping what was left out of the can. Now how do you not have syrup stored in your pantry for all of these people eating breakfast at your hotel? Also Saturday AM had zero eggs. Sausage links and biscuits with sausage gravy. Again, when you're paying for the breakfast as part of the stay you expect some form of eggs in the morning.
    Cons: It wasn't a bad place, but there were little things that need improvement. Like when I checked in Friday and no attendant was there and I had to use the phone and dial zero. This happened three more times while I was there. I'm not sure if they're just spreading the duties of their employees to widely or what. Also, neither my wife nor I saw one housekeeper the entire time we were there which was a first. We left our hotel and came back several times Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the morning when we checked out and never saw a housekeeper one time in the hallways . . . and we had a fairly long walk down our hallway to the elevator. That was strange. Maybe it was because it was an extended stay hotel. I'm not sure.

    Other than the two things not working, it was a good stay.

    Pros: It was good.
    Cons: I was disappointed that the computer printer didn't work, so I wasn't able to print out my boarding pass. Also disappointed that the washing machines didn't work.
