    Cons: Front Desk. Guy that worked on 3/10 literally was on his phone the entire time, Disrespectful when talking to him and never followed through with requests. We had to track down a cleaning lady ourselves. He shouldn't have a job.

    Pros: Wanted just a mini staycation for the family. Kids loved the slide.
    Cons: On slide was down. Breakfast the next morning was pretty picked over. Assume they had a busy weekend and probably ran out of food. However, think they should have been better prepared. Forgot an item. Took me 5 days to finally talk to someone who could help me.

    Pros: It was very lovely. My room had some minor issues like the shower curtain wasn't even screwed on so that fell on my hubby. The lip for the shower was half way off so it was a massive trip hazard..the pool was very different it's three small square pools one is o think 3-5 ft and it's like a 6x6 and there's a 2ftx3.5ft 5x5 and same with the water slide area. Didn't care to have the breakfast area right in front of the pool kids hated the fact we wernt swimming so they didn't eat

    Cons: The desk clerk never informed us that breakfast was available I heard him telling another customer that that was not that kind of hotel later I was told by the driver that breakfast was served on the other side of the hotel which is comfort inn.

    Pros: The staff was friendly and the rate was reasonable.
    Cons: First we were given a double queen room when we booked a king but the staff fixed that quick. The king room we got into was not the cleanest. There was trash left on the table by phone, there was a medicine wrapper on the floor by the nightstand closest to the window and a fake finger nail in the bathroom by the toilet. There was also a pink stain on the comforter that I am hoping was fingernail polish. Bed was also hard as a rock.

    Clean and Convenient

    Pros: Staff was very friendly despite the fact that their computer system was down at the time. Clean rooms, great location.
    Cons: Computer system was down. So we had to wait to get into our room for a out a half and hour. Our room didn't gave a shower curtain or shampoo and conditioner. But I was promptly taken care if by the front desk .

    Pros: Staff was very friendly despite the fact that their computer system was down at the time. Clean rooms, great location.
    Cons: Computer system was down. So we had to wait to get into our room for a out a half and hour. Our room didn't gave a shower curtain or shampoo and conditioner. But I was promptly taken care if by the front desk .
