Bugged out

Pros: morning breakfast & facilities

Cons: The maid staff member older lady. Had an attitude, problemeverytime a question was asked, or request for towels. My niece is there with her 2 small kids and is alreafy suffering through stress.. This should not be a concern. But it was the same lady. She said everyone else was great! She made comments in the hallway loudly about towels, made my niece throw other people trash away at the breakfast lobby, My niece felt that she was being targeted with dirty looks Roaches in the room, and a spider was found in the folded towel on the shelf. Scary with a 1 yr old baby. May want to exterminate it.

Cons: We arrived at 10 pm and there were many people hanging out in the parking lot. Men sitting by themselves in different trucks in the parking lot. Some men hanging out and drinking. It was very uncomfortable, it felt like there was illegal activity going on before we even went inside. Inside the foyer and hallways had not been vacuumed in a long time, probably weeks if not months. The room smelled awful, like bleach and simple green mixed together, like someone had recently tried to cover up a murder in the room. There were various bodily fluids on the walls and floors of the bathroom. Pubic hairs could be found stuck to the walls and baseboards of most areas of the suite. It was the grossest place I’ve ever stepped foot in my life. We did not stay there. We instead booked a nearby airbnb that thankfully responded at 10:30 pm and let us get in. The front desk staff did not seem to care about the condition of the place when we told them why we weren’t staying. I think there are many problems with this place and it isn’t even trying to be covered up. I think there are drugs, prostitution, and human trafficking being done blatantly and either the staff is complicit or oblivious. That being said, there is no excuse for the place not even getting vacuumed. I’ve never written a review before and I’m doing this one to alert other people so they can hopefully avoid the same situation we experienced.

Pros: The filthiest place you could imagine. Stains everywhere you looked. Get it off your site. I am a Genius Level 3 and blame you for this! Nothing this awful should be on your site. We bought bleach colorAX wipes and Mr Clean sponges to begin cleaning. It was too late to change bc I already paid you. Absolutely AWFUL

Cons: Moldy, Old, In disrepair everywhere., Commonary is worth dirty. I expected much more out of a hotel that was in the area of the PG.A resort. Extremely disappointing and the mold made my wife sick.Which I will take up with the hotel chain. Just sickening

Cons: Bathtub was extremely slippery! Was afraid Id fall while showering. No maid service and I didnt see a sign saying we needed to request it. My husband had to gather up towels and take them to the front desk to have them replaced. Thinnest toilet paper!
