    Not sure it's really a 4 star

    Pros: Great location, lovely balcony and room service.staff were really nice and helpful. Room service food was great and value for money. Beach access and pool side seats are great for enjoying the sun. At night you can hear the waves and from our side view of the beach there was still plenty to enjoy
    Cons: Value of money on the buffet breakfast and dinner. Feels like the pictures were a little mis-leading as pool is a lot smaller than it seems. Also the bathroom was not private. There's a massive gap with the toilet door and a badly placed mirror so you could see into the toilet area. Fine if your a couple or solo but if your staying with a family member or friend...could be really awkward.

    Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful..The view was amazing. The hotel is in a perfect spot on the beach.
    Cons: The bathroom was not very clean. No tv remote. The air conditioning was broken. The sensor on the door was also broken.... These were fixed by the lovely maintenance man but really should have been checked before people checked in as the air conditioning filters were absolutely disgusting. Again, the maintenance man took it out to clean.

    The hotel with a very good potential, i would recommend it.

    Pros: The workers are very friendly, kind, very lovely, smiling whole the time with a good english skills. The view is very nice. At the breakfast you have alot of different options, and all of them are great and delicious. There is only like 10 minutes of driving to Palma from the hotel. Near the hotel there is also few stores that could be useful. The beach looked very nice. There is a very nice smell when you enter the reception. Everything was very clean.
    Cons: Unavailable parking spots. There is very few of them, like 2-3, and there is no possibility to make a reservation for one. Someone can easily skip from one balkon to another and enter the room, because the doors were broken, you could only shut them without locking. The vault was also broken. The doors on the bathroom doesnt exist, so you dont have any privacy. The chairs and the table on the balkon are plastic ones, it looked very cheap.

    Lovely stay

    Pros: The views are breathtaking and the staff are so kind n nice n place is very clean
    Cons: Dinner wasnt so good because the first 3 days were ok but day fourth was same food till we left on day 9th and this was not good. We had to eat out from day forth because we cant eat same food each night. That was disappointing.

    Peaceful getway by the seaside

    Pros: The location is great. We could see the beach from our balcony. It is close to all the major restaurants, beach clubs, bars and cafes. It is also 2 mins walk from the bus stop which takes you directly into the city or to Magaluf area.
    Cons: We were there for 10 days, it would've been nice to get at least 1 sheet change during that time.

    Delightful location and hotel amenties.Being Adults hotel only was perfect .

    Pros: Amazing location was delightful. Booked half-board stay.Wide selection of Fresf fruit, baked pasteries and cooked food. Staff were accomodating and hospitable.Friendly on interactions. Utilised Spa Treatments available and facilities-Therapist was very professional throughout. I will definitely stay again based on location and staff experience.
    Cons: Hotel next door was having some renovations undertaken,which impacted on the noise levels from morning until evening, throughout my stay. Advance notice,would have been helpful to prepare for the stay. In my opinin hotel 3* not 4*..Requires updating fir example flooring in room. Noted one of the pillars in main dining rea was severally damaged; this wasnt condoned off. No international electric adapters available. Iron available on request; however had to return this as informed not many available to allow to keep through-out the stay. Found out through other guests that kettles were available on request. Would have been useful to have this included on the Welcome Leaflet .

    Superb

    Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got better room with sea view without surcharge. Location was also superb, just meters away from Cala Major beach.
    Cons: Parking lots for rental cars are expensive (18 per day) and also limited. I guess this can be a problem in peak season.
