Cons: I had an unpleasant experience while staying at a hotel due to the discourteous behavior of the receptionist, Manuella. She was incredibly rude and even went as far as snatching a document from me that she had requested me to sign. When I asked for a copy, she declined, causing me a great deal of inconvenience. The pictures posted online were quite different from what we experienced in reality. The rooms were not as advertised; hence I would advise against booking this hotel. There are many better options available in the same area. Luckily, I had only booked for a day, as we were leaving after a week of work. I had booked it because the picture showed a balcony with a garden view, and I wanted a peaceful last day with my family, which was my only day off during the week. Unfortunately, nothing in the picture existed, and I felt misled by the hotel's adverts on Booking.com I have reached out to the hotel for a resolution, but so far, they have ignored my request.

Pros: Reception area was lovely, the staff were friendly and the room was clean and bed really comfy . The toiletries provided were nicest I’ve had in hotels.

Cons: I’m aware we booked a small room but photos didn’t reflect the size of the bathroom. You couldn’t really move in the bathroom and if you’re 5’5 or taller your knees touch the sink when you’re sat on the toilet. There was construction outside our room which we weren’t made aware of. There was a panel for controlling air con but it didn’t work so we had to have the window open so we were faced with loud construction noises super early in the morning which wasn’t ideal.

Pros: The hotel is perfectly locatet in a quiet side street close to several tube stations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was not very large but ok, the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean and probably recently renovated. The shower worked well. Breakfast was good. Will definetly come back.

Cons: I personally don't like carpets in hotel rooms.

Pros: Excellent location. Very close to tube station, restaurants and supermarkets.

Cons: Very small room. Very close to a construction site so noise from 8am audible in the room.

Cons: Staff rather unfriendly not even greeting us when we arrived. There was no interaction that was polite and pleasant on their side at the reception.
