Poor

Pros: My favorite part about this hotel was the size of the room and how close it was to my event I was participating in.

Cons: I did not like that the resort did not disclose it was having an event that would greatly impact the parking of all guests who paid to stay at the resort. They also didn't discount anything for the extreme inconvenience. Parked down the street.

Would not stay here. If anyone else sees this either be prepared to be up all night or ask for the front of the hotel w

Pros: Location was good

Cons: They put us in a special room that was supposed to be really quiet for our honeymoon. We were promised a view of the lake. Got the view along with the room overlooking the party scene with the bar, and the outdoor comedy routine right outside our window. When we asked how late the noise goes on we were told until about 2am. Had to move rooms at 10pm while half asleep.

Pros: Wow! Book the two bedroom suite if you have 3 or more! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Having TWO bathrooms was a great luxury as was the kitchenette. We were lucky to be on the bridge view side and it was magical, even at night. Nicest man checking us in! The Laundry room was something we really needed. Between washing and drying it worked out to $5 a load. Try to have some cash on hand to get quarters in the laundry or you can pay by phone. Best surprise was having free WiFi in every room. The room description made it look like WiFi was only available in the business center. We came in the off season so make sure you have any excursions or rentals sewn up in advance. This place looks much nicer in person than the photos. Very pleased.

Full service resort with nice accommodations that would be great for extended stays.

Pros: Commfortable accommodations though a little odd on the layout of the rooms. Could use an update but it was very nice to have a kitchen. We were there too briefly to enjoy the resort features but it looks perfect for extended stays on the lake. Really convenient to the London Bridge.

Was a great get away while working in the Phoenix area.

Pros: Property was nice, the room was well set up and temperature control throughout the room was great. The staff was friendly and ready to help. Wish we had more time when the young staff member wanted us to take the tour after we had checked out and leaving town. Think this would be a wonderful place to possibly come back to in the feature for a longer stay.

Cons: The city water was the only complaint I had as had to use bottled water for every thing.
