    Perfect location and good value

    Pros: The hotel is located perfectly right in the heart of Lisbon. The rooms are clean and there's good security in the hotel. I would love it if the price included breakfast, but still, it was good value.
    Cons: For some reason, when you place your card in the room, both TVs switch on. For me, it was very frustrating since I dont watch TV. I had to switch them both off constantly. Also, they are not smart. So no netflix, etc. If you want to watch a movie.

    Would stay here again, great hotel in the heart of Lisbon.

    Pros: Great location, updated hotel with nice furnishings, excellent breakfast and friendly/ helpful staff.
    Cons: We were on the top floor and had a slanted ceiling in the room. It was kind of awkward as you couldnt stand up straight in part of the room and had to scoot around it. We hit our heads a few times which was annoying.

    Pros: Conveniently located for exploring the city.
    Cons: Very crowded and busy with tour groups. Breakfast was very crowded. Sometimes difficult to find seating. We have stayed here before, but were fortunate not to be swamped by tour groups.
