A great apartment in a great location on the Brisbane River.

Pros: A great location between the airport and Brisbane with a beautiful view of Brisbane River. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Great for 4 people. Parking was on the premises which made it very convenient. Staff at reception were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Cafes, restaurants and a cinema right on our doorstep. An easy walk to the nearest ferry terminal.

Pros: One property was lovely. The other had a broken external door. We were moved to another property the following day, but made to move again mid-stay. Awful!!!!

Cons: Staff attitude awful. No empathy for situation when our external door didn't lock. When I asked why all patio doors had been left open (as door didn't lock) was told they always are. The next two properties we were made to move to, the doors were closed and locked on arrival. Prior to stay late check out was agreed. Received a message night before departure saying now not possible.

Cons: It had a very unpleasant smell in the main bedroom/especially in the ensuite. No Aircomditioning in second bedroom so room very stuffy as window can only open a small amount. If you have the window open it is very noisy.
