Pros: The location is perfect. A good choice if you stay for a short time. The breakfast was good and the service was good, but the hotel is probably more like a 3-star hotel.

Cons: The water in the room was not hot enough 8:30 pm ( January was my time of visit) went downstairs to tell them they said i have to wait 20 minutes because someone else from the floor might be using it, on the way up i met a guy and he said he works there he said that he’s gonna start it up. Went out for dinner came back to the room around 10pm water temperature still the same ….shower head was making a funny noise aswell. One of the flushing button was broken, the sink mixer was not tight enough it goes from left to right and the room was a bit dusty maybe cause of central heating not clean enough very not good for people suffering from hay fever and ac temperature cannot be adjusted. The bed was a bit smaller definitely not the size of a normal double bed. Not what expected as a 4 star hotel!!!

Good value and location, worth...

Pros: The hotel was located very close to M1 Lima Metro station, which make it very accessible to get to popular places. And it is also very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, that was another plus. The room was space, cozy, and clean. One little critique was that the rom can be a bit hot in the winter. I had to open the windows sometimes. The breakfast downstairs had good variety of food options, too. Lastly, the staffs at the front desk were friendly and truly helpful. They provided good restaurants, transportation info, and tips and tricks for travelers, which made my time in Milan so much greater.

Cons: The walls and door were not very soundproofed. So that is worth being aware beforehand.

Pros: The staff was very quick to address a problem i had encountered in room 408. They are absolutely sincere towards the situation and remedied it in a timely manner.

A very relaxing hotel, with...

Pros: The location is the best, near to restaurants and to the metro. The reception staff who took charge of storing the luggage before check-in was very helpful and friendly especially when the room was ready, he brought the bags to the room.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL...

Cons: I arrived at the reception around 11 am. I was told there is no warm water and heating within the hotel (of course this was not told to me by the members of the hotel at the reception, but by the angry checked-in guests who were complaining about changing rooms 5 times already without resolution). After asking about this at reception, they have confirmed it is true and they cannot guarantee when this is going to be resolved, but the earliest is the next day. Our stay was only for 1 night a non-refundable booking paid a couple of weeks ago, so were advised not to check in by booking.com and the Hotel since they cannot guarantee to fix the problem. I was promised to get back my money due to these conditions within 5 working days. After weeks of chasing the hotel, they kept postponing the refund saying it was a managerial decision yet to be made. After 1 month I was informed they were not going to pay back the 1 night refund because they were able to fix the heating within 24 hours.... Interestingly why the decision hade to wait for a month and why nobody told me that the heating was fixed within 24 hours when I had been chasing them for weeks? Moreover, it was against the agreed approach at the reception desk. ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST PEOPLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I would give it a 0 if I could.

A pleasant stay for both...

Pros: I like how central the Hotel is located, especially it is reachable by walk from Milano Centrale Station (aprox. 15 min. walk which was okay) or you take the M1 Line to station "LIMA" and then just walk 3 minutes to the hotel. I love the set up, the arrangement of the furniture and how minimalistic the hotel in general is in terms of colour choices -> Black and white. The room that I've been was exact right for a single person, not too small and not too big. Conscious and less paper use. The staff was super and helpful and the lights along the hallway makes it more welcoming and safe.

Cons: There are some points that maybe needs to be improved for example the heater with the touchpad. I pressed the off button to turn off the heater since I easily get dry skin at night. However the heater was still on as I could feel the warm breeze which comes below the desk. So basically I slept with the balcony door a bit open during the nights. Another point is that the showering water was from cold to lukewarm only and you can't make the water more hotter. I think the boiler wasn't fixed properly but it was still okay to shower yet you need to be quick to get dry with a towel so you won't stay in the cold bathroom. I love how conscious everything is as I mentioned regarding reducing paper and so on, but regarding the don't disturb shield outside. My room was made everyday from the facility which was okay however I didn't want the Facility management to clean everyday my room and once you leave with your room card, the "Don't disturb sign" disappears. Maybe one thing is also the 2 elevators are sometimes scary to use since the doors closes quick and it happened to me that I was hit by the door while entering the lift despite their sensor. But all in all I'm really satisfied and hope to come back to Hotel Napoleon when I visit Milano again.
