Maybe good for short stay, but I would rather choose to stay in different place next time

Pros: Clean and neat. Location is good if you plan on exploring the city walking. Breakfast has rich variety but the same everyday, good for short stay but tiring for long.

Cons: Taxi wait is so long. Since the city is right at the center of the city it is hard for cars to get to it. Staff are welcoming but has little knowledge of english and not helpful. We were staying during winter with a 1yo baby in executive double room with spa package for 9 days. And almost every day of our stay unfortunately it was raining. So when we wanted to use our spa package we overpaid for, spa staff played as if they didnt understand us and didnt want to give us our 30minutes turkish scrub and massage. They sent us in a robes with baby to the reception where they acted the same way and very hardly agreed to give it. After my husband got his massage they refused to do the same to me saying only one is included. That night i clarified with booking.com and they agreed to give another one. But we were staying over a week paying extra 30-40$ every day for a room cost. I tried to ask booking.com costumer service whether people who stay one night get one spa per person and same way people who are staying for 9 days get only one per person. Didnt get an answer. Booking.com didnt help me with my issue that played great role how our vacation went. So I would say it doesnt worth the money and the title of 5 star hotel since staff are not willing to offer what is advertised on their page.

Pros: Very positive place! My fianc had a birthday and we were welcomed by a birthday cake with a lovely birthday card!!! That has made our day: attitude! Second important thing: they really have WARM swimming pool! Weve been staying in different 5 stars hotels in Istanbul, and though the pools were really big, it was absolutely impossible to swim because the water was really like ice. Levni warms water and that is really big thing to appreciate!))

The worst hotel Ive ever stayed in my life.

Pros: This was the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in, in all my life, it was so bad we left a day early and cut short our trip by a day. I have never been so disgusted in my life.

Cons: The rooms were ridiculously warm with the staff refusing to use air-conditioning. We werent able to sleep in the two nights were there. We tried opening the windows but all night long we could hear dogs barking. I tried to speak to the staff who provided me with a broken fan which emitted hot air!! This is not fit to be a one stay hotel. There wasnt even an apology from any of the utterly useless staff realising that because of their actions we were forced to leave Istanbul exhausted and at great expense a day earlier that we had booked for

Friendly staff and first class location.

Pros: All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - nothing was a problem. Location of the hotel is the highlight (after the staff) it is in the old town so everything major is an easy walk. View from rooftop is great and the breakfast and restaurant were decent.

Cons: The room was fine, but they are all the smaller side. As you are in the city it can be a bit noisy, construction and noise from street. The pool / sauna are ok, but does need some attention.

Cons: Very hard to get moved to another room where shower didnt leak! It was very late, close to midnight, we were tired, but appreciated the upgrade. Overpriced, awful dinner on rooftop restaurant, plus overpriced wine and beer

Pros: Location was perfect in the middle of Fatih, short walk from Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The swimming pool and spa area were great for a chill after a busy day sightseeing. The room was all good. Nice and quiet and good air con.

Cons: The prices from the rooftop restaurant were very very high for what you got. Felt like a bit of a rip off really in comparison to prices at restaurants just a very short walk away. We weren't massively impressed with breakfast buffet. It was ok. There was plenty of variety but it was all very bland. Also you had to pay extra if you wanted the good coffee, didn't appreciate this considering the price we had paid for bed and breakfast. the coffee served free with breakfast wasn't particularly good. I stayed for 5 nights and after morning 2 i skipped the rest of the breakfasts.

Perfect location, good food and great staff

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, There was a wonderful choice for breakfast, the rooms clean and cozy, and located at a perfect location. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful, and food was delicious.

Cons: The floor levels were a bit confusing, but elevators worked fine. Located in a busy neighborhood, to be expected, with stores nearby,... so alot of traffic...traffic of course is everywhere. But, we would stay there again
