    Pros: The rooms where clean.
    Cons: The breakfast was not luxury like it described it was cereal, apples, waffle and toast, not like their pictures that had sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, the jacuzzi bubbles and jets didn't work it was just like sitting in a hot bath, the pool was nice but water didn't look very clean, the vending machine did have stuff in them.

    Pros: Price. Great value for travelers.
    Cons: Breakfast was bad. Cold cereal, old donuts and hard boiled eggs were room temperature, with brown yolks. Mine had a black strand of hair on it. The server sat in the kitchen, was on his phone, was not attentive to guests and did not speak English..

    Pros: The facility lobby was very cozy looking. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect with a great view. The breakfast was a nice touch.
    Cons: The inside hallway had a funny smell but in the their defense there was some remodeling going on.

    Good location and value for...

    Pros: Location on the river was great -- easy walk around old town and parks. Good parking, nice room for pet, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
    Cons: They are in the process of remodeling (new owners, I think), so the situation is not perfect, but workers and projects were respectful to guests, and it was easy to move around project areas. Shower water pressure not great. Really the location and cost made up for any inconveniences. Hopefully when they are done with upgrades, they'll give everything a really good clean and replace the showerhead.

    Eh, it was a little...

    Pros: The location and price are what drew me to book. The mini fridge worked.
    Cons: The lobby looked nice but sort of smelled of urine. The bathroom had hair around the tub. One of the bedspreads had a little blood stain… cleanliness was lacking. The deadbolt didn’t work. There was a soda machine but no snacks… I really wanted a late night candy bar.

    The bed and the breakfast...

    Pros: The bed was thee best thing! Absolutely comfortable. Breakfast was decent and price was great
    Cons: The toilet or tub was leaking somewhere, not sure but the bathroom floor between the two had water consistently. The bathroom sink and bathtub drained very very slowly. The housekeepers have failed to deep clean the shower walls and failed to supply coffee for our room but we had the coffee pot.

    Cons: Construction. Rooms were comparable to a Super 8. Refried., TV,and phones did not work. Hot tub did not work. Pool area and exercise area we unkept/unclean. Poor maintenance of workout equip. Cheap workout equipment.

    Cons: There weren't any towels in our room. I made a request at the front desk & it took 3 hrs for someone to bring towels to us. The milk was sour at breakfast & there wasn't any juice.

    Cons: There was duct tape holding trim together in the room. The TV was super small. There was lots of marks on the wall like water or something. The room smelled like someone died in it. I was very disappointed with the room I stayed in.

    Pros: The location is excellent, though there are many other hotels and motels in the same area. We would absolutely not stay at Le Ritz again. It was a Motel 6 level stay selling itself as a new boutique.
    Cons: It was nothing like it presented itself, online. It was dirty and run down. Both the overall facilities and our room in particular were dirty and had many things that were broken, from a bathroom door down to stains on the floor and broken outlet plates.

    Cons: The toilet was leaking, no shampoo, pool was disgusting, sheets were stained, the keys stopped working a dozen times.

    Pros: The price. New floors in the hotel room. The bed was comfortable.
    Cons: Unclean hotel. Stains on hallway carpets. Unfinished edges on carpet to room entry. Curtains soiled, furniture in disrepair. Mold in bath/shower. Bathroom sink fixtures wobbly. The air conditioner was noisy and smelled like smoke.
