    Pros: The dinner was very good The beds were very comfortable The shower was very efficient Good to have a lift
    Cons: Breakfast was very disappointing - we came down half an hour after it started and there were no croissants left, very little cakes etc , no milk, and little coffee (it was available but we expected that the coffee and milk would have been refilled) The bathroom was rather small

    Pros: Good location a few minutes walk to Louviers centre. Nice quiet position with good parking. Clean and comfortable bed. Ideal for an overnight stay.
    Cons: A liitle disappointing that the bar and restaurant is closed at weekends. There are cafes and bars a short walk away but nice to have those facilities in the hotel.

    We would not stay here again.

    Pros: Booking convenience and proximity to Rouen and other destinations.
    Cons: Layout of bathroom/lavatory was poor with clashing doors and the lavatory basin was not clean. The food was very disappointing.

    Louviers is a really nice place and the hotel is situated right near so very good.

    Pros: Breakfast was a rip-off 12 euros for a croissant and coffee, maybe some ham and cheese and bread if that's what you want in the morning. Lunch and dinner were good.

    French hospitality at its best

    Pros: Delightful professionally run hotel in a quiet garden setting. Popular well priced restaurant for dinner after a long day's travelling was a bonus. Comfortable beds provided a restful night. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good variety of choice Would happily stay again
    Cons: Nothing comes to mind, everything worked as it should.

    Pros: Cannot answer as breakfast was not availble. I was told that this would be the case several days before the visit. i did agree as it was too late to change my plans.
    Cons: No breakfast and no reduction in room rate.

    it is too expensive and dont book breakfast.

    Pros: the hotel was very close to the factory where I was visiting for my work.
    Cons: unfortunately, COVID-19 became a pretext to mislead the client. when I arrived at Hotel, they asked me to fill out a form for breakfast. I know what I have selected but when I got to the breakfast room I found the breakfast totally different than what I requested. I informed the servant to bring my form to compare and this never ever happened. I paid 12 euros for nothing. this is not just fair. I strongly recommend having breakfast outside the hotel.
