Pros: Location is amazing ,although on a busy street the room is very quiet Breakfast ,especially the chef cooking .i had an amazing omelette All the staff ,they are all happy and helpful A great room and massive comfy bed I loved the turn down service and chocolate on pillow Next visit to london i know where im staying Thank you for making our trip memorable See you soon x
Cons: Very minor things ,a wonky tv Room was quite warm ,my personal choice is a cold bedroom , air conditioning didnt seem that cold. No bath ,again personal preference after a long day sight seeing a relaxing bath is a must The shower wasnt very powerful ,im guessing because of pressure, as our room was on 8th floor, also i like it hot but for safety issues it is at a set temperature of 40 degrees. Free toileteries are good but no shower gel?

Pros: Location was excellent we had upgraded to a dilly deluxe which was a beautiful room and en-suite. We did have problems with noise from a neighbouring room but on our second night the manager moved us to a different room.

Pros: Location perfect. Restaurants excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice litle things like Nespresso coffee pods and bottled water available everyday. Very much like the turn down service each evening.
Cons: Only complaints are a couple of unusual minor things such as the bed linen being the wrong size for the bed, the kettle not working, and shower gel not replaced on one day. Otherwise it was nearly exceptional.

Dont dilly dally a great...

Pros: Location is amazing ,although on a busy street the room is very quiet Breakfast ,especially the chef cooking .i had an amazing omelette All the staff ,they are all happy and helpful A great room and massive comfy bed I loved the turn down service and chocolate on pillow Next visit to london i know where im staying Thank you for making our trip memorable See you soon x
Cons: Very minor things ,a wonky tv Room was quite warm ,my personal choice is a cold bedroom , air conditioning didnt seem that cold. No bath ,again personal preference after a long day sight seeing a relaxing bath is a must The shower wasnt very powerful ,im guessing because of pressure, as our room was on 8th floor, also i like it hot but for safety issues it is at a set temperature of 40 degrees. Free toileteries are good but no shower gel?

Relaxing and lovely atmosphere and...

Pros: Location was excellent we had upgraded to a dilly deluxe which was a beautiful room and en-suite. We did have problems with noise from a neighbouring room but on our second night the manager moved us to a different room.

Pros: Location perfect. Restaurants excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice litle things like Nespresso coffee pods and bottled water available everyday. Very much like the turn down service each evening.
Cons: Only complaints are a couple of unusual minor things such as the bed linen being the wrong size for the bed, the kettle not working, and shower gel not replaced on one day. Otherwise it was nearly exceptional.
