Cons: check out very bad, stuff was not willing to give us the needed information on the bill beer at the bar 12! Euro, no wonder that nobody there the sauna is in the sport room without possibility to have a shower breakfast 24 Euro, start at 7 AM, but nothing available at the beginning, sorry I have not the time for spending hours for breakfast no fridge in the room, never saw 4 star hotel before without fridge no microwave in the room shower needs to take in the bathtub all in all I cannot recommend this hotel, too expensive, service very bad

Pros: The place is so beautiful and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly.

Cons: Breakfast had almost nothing available we had 3 couples there hunting for a slice of bread and cheese, the bacon was gone, no sausage, no beans and when we stuffed ourselves with cereal and some things that were still available, the waiter brought some more bacon and sausages.

Great quiet location, lovely old building with secure parking.

Pros: Lovely building and warm welcome from reception. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Restaurant menu fairly small but we had superb meals for our 2 night stay. The room was comfortable and well equipped with everything you may need. There was no hairdryer but reception quickly found one. One particular member of the restaurant team was exceptionally lovely- unfortunately we dont know her name.

Cons: We were on the ground floor which is fine but the corridor is a wooden floor. This was particularly noisy with suitcases being wheeled or loud shoes. We only had breakfast on one morning as we felt it was quite expensive

All in all we had a nice stay and the buffet breakfast more than made up for the previous nights din

Pros: We arrived after a 27 hour flight from NZ..the staff had good Englishbetter than our French..the rooms where big and roomy.

Cons: It was fair to say we were very tired..the restaurant didnt open until 7.30pm and there were no other nearby shops/food outlets available..there was a conference group staying at the hotel which was served there dinner before us..which was a little frustrating.

Pros: Location was convenient for airport and very quiet Staff pleasant and helpful Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice plentiful and fresh although see note below

Cons: Menu very limited , no choice for vegetarians although chef did cook something separately No public transport to airport as far as I could tell, taxi expensive at 50 euro for 15 minutes Breakfast was 24 euros and all self service not so much as dislike as a comment

Cons: Dinner on Friday evening was a self service buffet and we were expecting proper service. Food was good enough in spots but not hot. Overpriced and disappointing. Similarity for breakfast, buffet service, always short of something. Lots of requesting for items of food or basic cutlery. Overall building looks in need of care and maintenance.

Pros: The styling of the property and the secure car parking. The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful.

Cons: The noise from other guests (staff did not intervene). The room service was appalling in terms of quality, service and cost. I complained at check out, and nothing was done to resolve the situation which is why Im writing this review.
