Pros: The room size, the staff friendliness, the breakfast and the quick check in and check out process.

Cons: The lift kept getting stuck and going up and down missing my floor due to issues with the key card

Pros: This hotel boasts traditional charm. I normally enjoy the personalised service and the food. The staff really made an effort to accomodate my room preferences and I am grateful for that!

Cons: Recent renovations have been somewhat minor. A good number of rooms will need a more comprehensive overhaul within the next 2-3 years, I would prefer a more contemporary design. This hotel is a perfectly decent option but expectations should not be guided by its 5* ranking.

Pros: It was alright. Large room. Things were very worn but maintained.

Cons: The room was overly warm. The airco was useless. Combined with the thick duvet, sleeping was unbearable.

Pros: The room was excellent, except the toilette had very low water pressure, so one has to flush at least three times. Other than that, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Pros: I wish I didn't have to leave. The bed was so comfortable and cozy. The staff was always quick to respond at all hours of the day/night. I will 100000000% would return to this property.

Cons: My own personal experience: The hotel staff was very unpolite and unprofessional even during the Check-in. For me it looked like, that they have not received training how to respect and deal with guests and customers. Then there was no any information available before Check-in about "security deposit" (50 EUR/night). The staff requested my credit card and security deposit only after checking of my ID. Then I received a room where the ceramic toilet was already broken. And on the bathtub mould was blooming. I have already submitted photo evidence to Booking.com. The room was without soundproofing. The temperature control was not working in the room. The electronic key card of the room was blocked and was not working after midnight. I could not open doors and I could not use the elevator. I already checked out on 1st of January, 2024, but I have not received back the 50 EUR security deposit on my bank account yet. The hotel is still withholding and using my money without any reason. And I have not received any service or product for this 50 EUR. This is very unethical. There are only promises that they will transfer back the 50 EUR security deposit within 1-2 weeks.
