Pros: The room was large and affordable

Cons: The room smelled like heavy cleaning products when we arrived. As the smell wore off over the week, it was replaced by the smell of old cigarettes which I assume was what the intention of the cleaning product smell.

Great location, good resort & amenities overall, happy we stayed here and would do so again.

Pros: Amazing location, huge pool, resort wasn't too crowded in general. The room had everything we needed for the 9 days we were there. The arcade was reasonably priced. Multiple on site options for food or drinks. Resort was clean and comfortable in general. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The towels in our room had stains on them when we arrived (we washed them again ourselves), housekeeping had used double sheets sideways on the king bed which was laziness but was promptly fixed when we called for the proper sheets. The arcade needs some maintenance as many games weren't working or were broken but also weren't labelled out of order so just took your money. Know that only the essentials are provided for your arrival (toiletries, dishwasher & laundry detergent) so expect to supply your own if staying for more than a couple days.

Convenient to local attractions, but overall would not recommend.

Pros: Location is convenient.

Cons: Shabby furnishings- the rugs were worn and dirty looking. The sofa, chair, and ottoman,in living room were right out of the 60s- scratchy and uncomfortable. Mattress on king bed was comfortable, but the comforter felt like it had a plastic coating. Our first night there we tried to use the jetted tub and could not turn off the jets- maintenance had to be called to fix the plumbing.

Its nice enough for a trip to Disney.

Pros: The size of the room is great for a big family and it is close to the parks!

Cons: The shower dripped constantly and I think the cleaning services should at least come once in a week without having to pay for it.

Cons: Suite showed signs of neglect in need of thorough review between guests. Fridge faulty, iron so old unable to see settings, replaced when issue raised. Toaster faulty also replaced when issue raised. Cleaning was not the best we have seen on arrival, stayed many times and this time poor standard.

Wonderful

Pros: We arrived early because our flight was early in the morning. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and let us check in early. We had a pool view on the 11th floor which was really nice. You can walk to the outlet mall across the street.

Cons: The decor in the room was a little dated.

Cons: This is basically an apartment building run as as Air BNB. No security. Exterior doors are not locked. Checkout did not give us a receipt as we booked through 3rd party. We stayed in smaller room and reservation price was not adjusted. Property difficult to get in touch with. Room was fine, but layout strange. Bathtub in bedroom.
