    Nice environment but overprices, understaffed, defo 3* level not 5*

    Pros: Nice environment
    Cons: Understaffed: drinks took ages; no staff at the spa so you couldnt get a treatment or a massage. Some staff very rude - treated me like a naughty child and told me me off loudly in front of other diners simple for having a bottle of water on the table. He could have just said something discretely and it would have been fine. Tennis - stupid that you have yo pay and the balls and rackets were so bad they were unusable for a decent ralley. On-street parking only. Lots of stairs to navigate your suitcase on even if you use the life.

    Pros: So many things to list here! Number one is how friendly and helpful absolutely everyone working at Lago Garden is. All were very professional. We decided for half board and the waitresses were amazing at their job. The food served both for breakfast and dinner was delicious, abundant, and fresh. Also several nice beverage options. All common areas, spa, swimming pools, gym were very neat, clean, and nicely decorated. One special thing is that it really feels as if you're in an oasis, far away from civilization, but you're right there in the middle of a nice little town. Nicely located to access many pretty beaches, a shopping area, supermarkets, restaurants.
    Cons: We don't see the purpose for keeping 2 cages with several birds trapped in them. Lago Garden in general makes you feel free, relaxed, and it's somewhat causing the opposite feeling to see those animals trapped in a corner. During the days we were there no one enjoyed admiring the birds. There's so much beauty in Lago Garden already, please, there's no need for caged birds ;-)

    Relaxing, nice location.

    Pros: Very nice location and garden, breadfast very rich in choice, possibility to eat outside also nice with view on garden.
    Cons: We had heavy storm and had to switch family suite because of electricity and water damage in the room. This should not happen for 5 star hotel, but storm was exceptionally heavy, even trees around the pool were broken and due to that also 2 days no use of swimming pool possible. Spa was also to cold, should have been warmer.

    Best Location and installations

    Pros: Location and the place is so beautiful, the staff super friendly specially Ivan the barman from the pool, the pools and the wellness area amazing!!
    Cons: No free water or any single detail in the room, not coffee machine or a welcome drink, you expect more than that from a 5 stars hotel, The barman was all alone , at least they should add 2 people at the bar next to the pool, Breakfast is more like a 3 stars hotel than a 5 .

    Nice hotel in a nice part of Mallorca

    Pros: Good size air conditioned suite which worked well for our family of 2+2. Location close to Cala Rajada. Nice pools and good breakfast.
    Cons: Very difficult to get a lounger around the pools. On street parking only.

    Comfortable but a little disappointing.

    Pros: Beautiful gardens with lots of space so it didnt feel crowded.
    Cons: Gym unusable as hardly any air-conditioning. In warm July weather it was unbearably hot. Staff/service patchy - v slow lunch (nearly an hours wait!), v slow to clean up broken glass by the pool (still not done 2 hours after we reported it).

    I enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The breakfast was nice and all staff were friendly and helpful. However the facilities

    Pros: Lovely location - great staff
    Cons: The room pictures on booking.com didnt represent the actual rooms. I requested a family room with four beds but instead it was two beds and two sofa beds. This was not made clear and no pictures of the family room bedrooms was miss leading. I only went through with the booking trusting booking.com. The staff were great and found us an alternative quickly with no added fee. However two days into our stay and the bathroom began to stink. We were moved again after I complained. The AC did not work in one room and was barely noticeable in the other.

    We had loads of fun

    Pros: I loved the balconies, the double rooms were much better than the family suites. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pools were great we swam every day and a waitress named Maria or Mariam was extremely helpful and made our stay so much fun.
    Cons: We took a few rooms, the ac was not working in 2 and the there was a smell in the toilet of one of the rooms but as soon as we complained they switched rooms. Some of the furniture needs renewing as it was stained.
