    Nice place, nice people, very welcoming

    Pros: The service was excellent and very friendly, the room was nice, we ate at the hotel each night, there was a choice of starters mains and sweets, for a set price depending on how many courses you chose, (very reasonable priced, only 21 for full 3 course plus salad/veg) we had salad all three nights along with either a starter or main, 1st night pasta with venison raguthen pork wrapped in parma ham lastly pasta with pesto table wine was nice & very reasonable at 12, also loved the pinot grigio, which is my tipple, along with a few limonchello's and aperell sprites. The bar closed at 10pm but you could sit and enjoying your drinks in the lounge until whenever. We was on motorbikes and there was ample parking space in the garage and loads of fabulous roads /passes to go on, we didn't use the spa as we went out on our bikes, I would definatly recommend this as a place to stay.

    A great place to stay if you want ro switch off, relax and forget about working routine.

    Pros: I am in love with this place. Super friendly and professional staff, great food, clean and very comfortable room. Amazing location the mountains around are breathtaking. Just in 900m walk a beautiful lake. Many hiking roads around, many places to visit. I will suggest this place to my friends and will definitely come back :)

    A good hotel in the mountains with a view.

    Pros: The breakfast & the welcome was very good. The room size & view was also excellent. and my partner was delighthed by the indoor pool size & temperature => 32C
    Cons: The diner was cheap (20 ) but not to my pleasure - green grey and overcooked. it had the taste of booking a "pauschal" holiday. The veranda door of the room was defect and hard to close.

    A hotel experience like no other.

    Pros: everything, from the room and its view to the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were beautiful. The massage we had done was great too, definitely would suggest booking one in!
    Cons: the only thing I have bad to say is the overhead shower could have a slightly higher pressure.

    Very relaxing stay and a great breakfast

    Pros: This is a nicely decorated and well-maintained lodge and spa in the sleepy town of Fondo. The place was fancier than I expected, the (German) breakfast very good, and the staff helpful. I ended up leaving a night early because I wanted to be closer to the mountains, but I enjoyed my stay. When I stayed in early October, it was well priced too.
    Cons: Check whether all the spa facilities are open, and map out day trips you want to do, because the driving times can be quite long.

    quality of the property in part let down by levels of service - but we would still happily put up with the negative poi

    Pros: the rooms were all very good: tasteful and cosy with a high quality standard. the manager was very helpfull and made many things possible.
    Cons: staff partly ignored us - eg at the bar (which closed at 22:00). breakfast only until 09:30 and evening meal until 20:00. own parking not sufficient for the number of rooms

    Everything was perfect!

    Pros: Very nice, clean and comfortable accommodation. Although the owner/manager is very busy, he was always extremely kind and helpful. I can actually say the same about the whole staff, everyone was super nice! And if you are planning to visit the canyon, no location could be more convenient than this... it's literally a 5-minute walk away.
    Cons: If I really have to be nitpicky, the elevator is always busy and waiting for your turn may take some time. If you have no heavy luggage nor mobility problems, you'll be much faster by using the staircase.
