    Not impressed with lack of empathy

    Pros: Food ok
    Cons: If I could give it zero stars I would . This hotel has no empathy whatsoever . Booked holiday wrong by 2 days and they wouldnt move it earlier by 2 days only , even though property was available . I even offered to pay anything extra , was a four day holiday but could only go for 2 of the days. Been back and forth with hotel and booking . Com and no one interested now I am back.

    Cons: The food was very bland and repetitive. Very hit and miss. Found it unappetising. TOWELS reserving nearly all sunbeds. This needs to be stopped as it is in good hotels. Very noisy. Entertainment awful.

    Lovely holiday.

    Pros: Still a lovely clean well situated hotel, which always has a nice breeze. We like the kids' pool area. Fresh pizza and pudding selection is amazing. Two ladies that served on the pool bar were fantastic and friendly. Always food and drink available somewhere.
    Cons: Fresh pasta is no longer served to order, so it was often cold and variety reduced. Young man at the pool bar very slow (not, Miguel).

    TERRIBLE BUFFET - FOOD POISINING - IGNORED BY STAFF

    Pros: The buffet was terrible - my wife got Food poisining!!
    Cons: My Wife and I came to this Hotel for our anniversary towards the end of may. What was supposed to be 2 relaxing nice nights, turned into a terrible case of food poisining. My wife had a salad from the salad bar, and ended up in the hospital with severe food poisining. We havent eaten outside the hotel, and the doctors in the emergency department confirmed it was food poising. Im a dr myself and quickly realized it. The ladies at the receptionist were friendly and helpful when documenting our case, but we never got any reply. When I contacted the hotel via booking, it was not taken seriously and i was just told no its not from the hotel.

    Very Good

    Would stay at this hotel again.

    Pros: Great breakfast selection. Dining room very well organised, never any problems even when full to capacity.
    Cons: Liked everything just what we expected.
