    Pros: The location was central to where I wanted to visit
    Cons: The rooms were dirty and musty while the carpet was stick. The phone in the room did not work. However the lobby area and exterior of the hotel was clean

    Cons: Very dirty carpets in the room and corridors. Strong pungent smell of Cannabis in Corridors and room causing serious uncomforting situation all times we stayed in hotel. Water pressure was very poor in shower tap. Bath tubs were having black spots and dirty look. Feeling disgusting while taking bath.

    Cons: Breakfast not good/waffle machine did not cook center of waffle Coffee was very bitter but good temperature I was initially charged twice and now resolved this morning. We are used to having a full damage deposit but not a full additional night’s deposit. When I inquired about this at the desk I was informed that this was done in case a person was a ‘no show’! I find this unacceptable as I knew that if that happened I would be charged one night’s stay. I think this reflects the need for better communication with clients. As a side note, our son and his family are travelling with us to celebrate my milestone birthday. The sheets in their room were visibly stained and this is not acceptable!! They asked the front desk and the sheets were changed. They did not use the bath/shower because there was a blue liquid in the tub. No travel shampoo etc. Very disappointed that this property is listed with you folks at Booking,com!

    Pros: Friendly, apologetic front desk staff.
    Cons: Dirty sheets - 2 different sets, and multiple stains on the carpet including one that was green and still sticky. No available rooms, so we just placed a towel down. Breakfast was very limited compared to most places we've stayed.

    Pros: Great location and spacious room.
    Cons: Very noisy A/C, cleanliness needs a lot of improvement in the room as well as at vommon areas. Breakfast is very basic.

    Wonderful

    Everything was great the hotel...

    Pros: Breakfast was in a neat location by the pool and you can see the palm trees the location was great because it was near all the shopping
    Cons: What I didn't like was that the elevator did not work fast on the first two days we was there but other than that walking up the stairs gave me time to exercise anyway

    Very good

    Pros: Location, room was big.
    Cons: Breakfast was ok, but there was no salt and pepper for the eggs. Also, coffee was strong. The elevator was iffy the whole time. When I left, it was out of service .

    Disappointing

    388 dollars for two nights...

    Pros: The receptionist lady was really helpful she helped with anything I asked for, cheers for her.
    Cons: The wallpaper in the bathroom was all mildewy, had black rotting dots about it, and I have even seen a bug. Absolutely no ventilation, windows were unopenable my wet clothes didnt ever dry. Run down furniture, the chair had big dots of grime on it. The breakfast was really lacking, there wasnt any actual meat to eat, just eggs. No ham, no bacon. And some really cheap jelly.
