    Pros: Breakfast good
    Cons: Don’t think the room was finished . Room clean, but no wash clothes, only 2 hot cups, I pkt of creamer & sugar, toilet roll not put on holder, spray bottle cleaner left in bathroom , only 3 pkt decaf coffee. Room wasn’t completely checked over

    Nice for what we needed

    Pros: Was a pet friendly hotel which we needed. Perfect location for us. Front desk staff lovely, afternoon at check in and in the morning at check out. Hot breakfast, nice variety of food. Cost was reasonable.
    Cons: It was a little dated, lots of stains in the hallway, rooms and furniture in the rooms, but we had a pet, so maybe that's why we were put in that area, which I totally ubderstand. I did feel that the bed and bathroom were clean.

    Reasonable price, great comfort

    Pros: Staff were very friendly and the room was clean and well maintained. I slept deep and comfortably. Felt very well rested.

    Pros: Breakfast was good except our second day it was 40 minutes late. All the staff were very friendly.
    Cons: Our heater kept blowing cold air.

    Price was good but it...

    Pros: Evening staff was good
    Cons: It was dirty, morning staff blew off my comments. The room was not clean. It had trash on the floor and a dirty sock in the couch. Shower was dirty, the cabinets stunk. Shower curtain should have been cleaned or changed. The iron did not work, current rods did not work. I would not have left this comment had the morning staff addressed my concern, or at least wrote them down so they could be addressed.

    Pros: None
    Cons: Hotel lobby and 2nd floor smelled like marijuana. Stains on bed sheets and chair. Janitors started vacuuming at 10:30 at night. Lady at front desk was very disrespectful.

    Pros: Nice place ,clean ,good location, breakfast 15 out of 10 highly recommend ...chef Karen prepare us her specialty ,was so good...just ask for the red belly chikady ...you won't regret it....i go back next time for sure

    Cons: Didn't like that. I booked for a king and got too Queens. Snow contractor cleared the parking lot at 2:00 a.m. not good

    Pros: The staff were amazing!! Very helpful and they went over and above to try and help us when we had to stay an extra day. Super friendly and smiles to great you as you went in and out.
