Old world charm in a...

Pros: It was very clean and I loved the old world style. The staff was great especially Francisco. The food in the restaurant was limited but good. Not a lot of traffic noise.

Cons: The only issue was that the walls were very thin and I was kept awake by a snoring person in the next room one night and kids playing till around 1 am the next night.

Difficult to qualify

Pros: The property is magnificent! Lovely gardens very nice rooms! But they obviously need more personnel! One person does the work of five!

Cons: The rooms are dark, even with the lights on. There was an issue with our room when we arrived and they said they were booked full and would have to put us at another hotel. We were with another couple whose room was okay. We told them we would need them to put both of us couples in another hotel. Initially they said no they couldn’t do that. Of course we made a stink. After the desk clerk made a few phone calls and we waited almost an hour they said they would put another guest at a different hotel. Having to wait so long for what the desk clerk should have thought of and been authorized to doing wasn’t too happy with this hotel. Parking was an issue as there are only 3 places to park out front. A worker has to go with you and open a garage door for you to,park. Parking was VERY strange with multiple garages around the property.

Pros: We got there and was told thay only had one room are partybooked 2 rooms.There was a leak on the stairs.we didn't have water for a couple hrs.The breakfast had hotdogs which thay said were breakfast sausages.Thd coffee was excellent and so was the orange juice.
