Pros: The check was not available till 5PM, which was a bit inconvenient, however the check in went smoothly. The rooms are quite small, but comfortable and clean. The rooms are quite and beds comfortable.

Cons: I am writing this review primarily to warn other customers who plan to book at this Hotel On June 16 I made a reservation at about 7:30 pm for a room at this Chambery Inn facility, I receive confirmation via Email and message from the facility that the front desk closes at 9:00 pm, I was traveling and was in an area not reachable by cell phones, so I did not immediately see the call and message they left on my voicemail, I continue my journey and arrive at the facility around 10:00 pm, the entrance gate was closed and accessible only by code, I call the number listed on the reservation and no one answers, I leave 5 voicemails. After an hour of waiting outside the "armored" hotel, I manage to stop a customer who was on his way out and ask for help, he shows me a little note with the code of his room written on it and an emergency number to call that is different from the one listed on the Bookong.com website. I call this number and I get a very rude lady who won't let me talk and tells me she can't give me the room access code and basically shuts the phone in my face. Of course I had already paid in full for the room. I had to book another hotel 10 miles away from this one. In years and years of traveling around the world using Booking.com, I had never had a situation like this happen to me. Of course I called Booking.com and explained to them what happened, they requested a full refund, after two days I get 2 EURO on my bill instead of the total amount of 73.10 EURO I paid. Well this is in all respects a scam, considering that I have never entered this hotel and even though I arrived late, that can happen when traveling by car, have not proceeded to send me an access code by email or SMS to access the room, They left me outside the hotel with no help whatsoever. I will certainly take legal action against these people because so far I have not received any refund. I strongly not recomend this hotel.
