Pros: Location is good, rooms are too small.Roof top pool is just for chilling ,no sunbeds etc.Nice roof top, large inside and proper space on the terrace .Nice wiev. Walking distance to many places but after spending 25 days in several locations and accommodation styles including pool villas, resorts,vicinity stays etc Bar and the restaurants are OK both roof and the one at the hotel entrance.I would prefer another place for a better price especially if you are travelling with your family. It is right in front of the beach but any Bali traveller knows that beach and swimming is not the thing in Bali.If you are looking for beaches and swimming Thailand, Philippines Vietnam is way better. Anyways despite many other travellers and as a very frequent all style traveller family Bali was not the island for us.Once is enough .

Cons: Small rooms.The size and the depth of the pool is not mentioned and it is not a pool for a pool day at the hotel. There are many places offering better comfort at reasonable prices

Windowless rooms with public toilet humidity smell

Cons: Would you spend a night in a hotel smelling like public toilets? No you wont because you understand that a beachfront hotel requires windows in its rooms. You wont get them in this hotel. Youre going to have cockroach with your room with dirty bedsheets though. The only positive element for my stay is rely on the nice staff that moved us to another room when requested.

The best place if you need to be in the city fronting the beach, with Circle K

Pros: We like the location - it is really fronting the beach. It is as described, the hotel is between Hard Rock Cafe and BeachWalk mall (with Poppies lane 2 on the side). The rooftop of the hotel where the breakfast buffet is held, has a very nice ambiance and set-up. My son and I loves the couch and. we did our mother-son bonding every breakfast for 7days!!! we talked, laugh, even had a heart to heart moment and cried with a hug. The pool is nice, not big and no cover so we didn't swim. Instead, we swim at the beach. There is a live band every night!!! which is the best part you can enjoy music and dine if you like to. And though, it is just there at the outside of the lobby, our room is safe from the noice and sound, we sleep so long due to the curtain blackout, we love that! I love the Circle K is just down the hotel, you can buy your mineral water, chips, and other things needed! oh, we even got an upgraded room! and when I have a request to have a revised in the check-out date, booking.com handled it very well. Thanks much! There's a warung (small, cheap price yet yummy food resto) at the other street.

Cons: The swimming pool should have at least a cover on the half of it. So that, we can stay in the pool. there's no hair blower. Hotel is a little old, that is why the smell of the smoke in the room is there (maybe from previous customer), the floor tiles in the lobby has marks.

Pros: The breakfast was nice, location was great.

Cons: The cleanliness was quite slack for what you pay. You also dont get complimentary water except for at breakfast and in your room, they ask you to pay. Youre also unable to take leftovers to your room. They also do not have sun beds as advertised which means you cant lie by the pool in the sun for when you want to chill away from the busy-ness and away from your dark (windowless) room. I actually went down the road to Kuta seaview boutique where you can lie by the pool with provided towels to anyone too. Im disappointed Kutabex charge so much for what is offered. The accommodation is lacking love. Staff were lovely, management not so great.
