We had an amazing stay.

Pros: The check in process was smooth. The amenities and restaurants were wonderful. The people at the pool bar were amazing! The cleaning staff was always very pleasant.

Cons: The only thing I didnt like is the constant push you get from the staff trying to sign you up for their resort membership. It makes it a little uncomfortable to even walk through the main lobby knowing youll get approached.

Pros: It is very conveniently located in the hotel zone with beautiful beach.

Cons: Very few chairs at the pool area and no umbrellas provided at the beach. There were a few paying cabanas available. The biggest problem with my room was that is was close to the clubs on the outside and all night heavy music kept us up.

A decent stay

Pros: Right on the beach. Nice pool area. Big room with big bed. Bell boy was very helpful on check out who came and helped me transport my bags to checkout and was very friendly. Kept an eye out on my transport.

Cons: Buffet breakfast was included but it was okay, nothing special. Some breakfast staples like toast and bacon weren't provided. Room had a kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave) but no cutlery or dishes which was unusual. On check-in the attendant didn't advise that my room was in the third tower - hard to find room whilst carrying lots of bags. Long walk to hotel lobby.

Pros: The localization , the place, the view, the restaurants, the staff , the food everything amazing.

Cons: The noise near of the facility and the drinks in all inclusive is not good. I had bear, wine and sprinkle wine (was good).

The staff was horrible, the location was good, the room was dirty and AC broken.

Pros: location was good, that's about it. the food was ok, the staff sucked, and rooms were dirty, but the price was cheap.

Cons: checking took forever, the staff was rude, the room they have me was terrible since the AC was broke, and the cleaning lady didn't see the chewing gum left on the bed in the room, they finally upgraded my room for free, but I don't overall i would never stay at this resort.

Pros: The accessibility to the beach, the cabanas, the location to town is great for a younger crowd that wants to party or people who dont want to live and breath resort food/activities their entire stay

Cons: The proximity to the clubs makes it hard to sleep at night. Every night woken up to what I thought was gunfire but I think was some form of fireworks? Really hard to sleep.

Cons: Que le paso a Krystal! OMG where do I start. I have been coming to this hotel for the past 4 years. It's all been going downhill and here are all the reasons you should NOT BOOK HERE! 1. Room service They stop room service at 10pm. They used to have it for 24 hours. When you order you're only allowed to get certain plates per person. You pay $5 for them to bring up the food. 2. Fish bar Wtf happen to the Fish Bar . All the food is small and has no flavor. They used to have good food but not any more.The only thing good are the cheese burgers and fries. 3. Food service Before Krystal would serve food to you wherever you were seated. Now you have to go and order it at the fish bar. It sucks cuz there is limited space to eat and you have to wait in line. 4. The rooms The rooms are now looking like a motel 6. They smell and are falling apart!!! PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMER'S REVIEW PICTURES! 5.SLAMMING DOORS You hear slamming doors from left to right by the other visitors. The doors never stopped slamming. It sorta feels like an earthquake because your room shakes. Very thin walls, so we could hear our neighbor's TV. Not to mention people partying till 3am yelling in the hallways. 6. Stop serving liquor They start serving alcohol at 11am and stop serving it at 10pm 7. Don't get all inclusive Food sucks Drinks are watered down. The buffet is a waste of your money. Breakfast sucks! Positive things *I really did enjoy my cleaning lady named ANA! *My server Johnny was great and on top of my drinks. I really enjoyed his energy. * My restaurant server Justo was very nice and helpful with everything. I used to like coming here to see my friend miguel but is no longer working here.
