A perfect boutique stay in Tbilisi

Pros: The staff was amazing, nice and very helpful!! They all speak a good enough level of English. Great location by the Sulphur baths area and below the fortress. Loved the breakfast with absolutely delicious home made cakes and most importantly the live music!! Never in my life - and I travel a lot- had my coffee with a classic guitar mini concert!! I had one of the largest room with a spacious terrace all perfect! Would definitely recommend it especially if you love cats! ;) you will meet and enjoy the company of the very elegant Kisi waiting for you at reception!

Pros: I loved the location of the hotel. It was right next to the Bath region and in walking distance of a lot of restaurants and bars that I had researched. It was tastefully decorated too and there was the sweetest cat called Kisi that would roam around! Gia picked us up from the airport and when we got to the hotel gave us a taste of Georgian wine and chacha!! Gia and Tara ordered us taxis and were extremely helpful!

Cons: I didnt dislike anything about the hotel but its important to note that it is up a steep hill for those with mobility issues!

Pros: It's a small and cozy hotel with excellent service and pleasant vibe, especially I would highlight the breakfasts with local dishes) The location is also great, the heart of the old city with many restaurants and sightseeing.

Cons: The only unpleasant thing was the occasional cigarette smell from the bathroom vent.

Cozy hotel in the historical center of Tbilisi

Pros: Cozy hotel in the historical center of Tbilisi with nice view to old city. It is located in calm area next to the mosque. Breakfast is ok. We were happy with upgrade provided by hotel management.

Cons: Available parking is far from the hotel. Consider this on your planning

Pros: Loved the DETAILS in decoration and furniture, loved the CATS, staff were cheerful & lovely.

Cons: The schalgbaum barrier of botinakuri st. which made it difficult for taxis to get to hotel, or someone should have gone to open it and come back.

A great hotel to stay in if you are in Tbilisi!

Pros: I loved how cozy and comfortable I felt. Hotel is not big, u feel safe and cared. Our room was quite big and bright, with a big balcony. It was a little cold inside the room, but we had a heater, so it helped us. Our room was cleaned on daily basis, breakfast buffet was yummy, Thank u to chef! Ms. Viktoria and Mr. Gia were always there to help us, if needed something. Also location, it could not be any better honestly, you basically can just walk to all tourist spots!

Cons: Everything was good, no complaints!

Fantastic Motel, Place, and Service!

Pros: This hotel is owned by Tariel Suari, a well-known classical guitarist who studied and toured Europe for many years. He is still quite active, and when he is not performing, he is running his hotel and practices every morning for two hours whilst we are having breakfast and then in the evenings in the lobby bar. The best musician we have heard in a very long time. A great welcome, and what an honour. The hotel is in the old town, up a hill. Great decor, amazing food at breakfast, great staff, and service. Restaurants, cafes, sulphur baths, and other tourist attractions on both sides of the river are just walking distance. The view of the light house from our terrace was delightful. The resident cats, Kisa, and the black kittie are just adorable. Parking is available up the hill from the motel. We extended our stay for an extra night, and this was accommodated with ease. .

Cons: All was great. We could have stayed longer time permitting.

Pros: Great location right at the heart of old Tbilisi, very quiet, rooms were good sized, management/admin team very friendly and warm.

Cons: No elevator, a bit difficult for old folks.. but for young ones not an issue

Pros: Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Tbilisi, surrounded by historical sites, great restaurants and sulfur baths within walking distance. The people managing are kind and helpful and make the stay very enjoyable. Definitely recommended!

We are very happy to have stayed in this hotel.

Pros: The property was located in a popular tourist area, which was ideal. Our accommodation is the right size for us, with a balcony overlooking the city. Breakfast was fantastic with live music. There are waterfalls, a garden, and a park around this location.

Cons: We didn't contact the hotel in advance, so we recommend that upon check-in get in touch with the boutique hotel. When we came, it was prayer time, so the street was packed with people, and we had to trek from the barrier upward.
