    Nice location, mostly quiet, cold and noone available

    Cons: Rate staff? What staff? I have not met "staff" barelly spoken to one on the phone because we had Writen confirmation of breakfast and they asked me to pay got it. Aircon was veru noisy and without it the blanket was not suffitient even with the "spare blanket on the top. I was cold all night. The builboard on the side of the road says $99, we paid $138.

    Pros: Close to everything. Warm. Clean. .comfy bed. Good value for money. Loved the key less entry. Quiet even though on main road. Great laundry facility.
    Cons: Ceiling over shower covered in mold. No door or curtain on shower.which meant mat got completely soaked even before you got out. Room needs a refurbished.

    A comfortable overnight stay in Kingston.

    Pros: The room had everything we needed. A fridge, jug, cups and a small milk provided. The bed linens were lovely as were the towels. Parking was available right outside the door. Theres the Kingston bakery which also sells coffee across the road as is a petrol station. It was very quiet apart from plumbing noises.
    Cons: I didnt like the last minute delivery of the pass code to access our accommodation. Although the message was sent at 2 pm I did not receive it until much later. Maybe an issue with my phone or my settings to be fair . There was a land line in reception with which I could call Alana who set things straight but the phone line was crackly and kept disconnecting. But once we were in it was great to be able to come and go without having to worry about a key. I

    Enjoyed our stay! Loved the Kingston and surrounding beaches - will be back!

    Pros: Room was spotless, contactless entry worked well. Accommodation provided a good base to visit Robe without the crowds. Spacious room for two, comfy bed, lovely view to pool and grassed area.
    Cons: Shower rose very large so that water ended up over the floor outside the shower. Would have been nice to have a couple of wine glasses. No privacy once the curtains are open.

    Enjoyed the stay, I think the price was a bit high for the level of quality with the room. I think the owners need to sp

    Pros: Location is great, close to town centre and shopping, eateries etc.
    Cons: Outdated, needs refurbishing. Bathroom is old and dilapidated. Took a while to get hot water. Bedding needs more quilts. Driveway access is a bit rough and needs fixing.

    Pros: Loved the cleanliness. Microwave was excellent. Great size TV. Beautiful outlook once curtains are open. Would definitely stay again.
    Cons: Not a fan on triple sheeting, that is just me. Would like to see maybe a shower curtain. An exhaust fan would be a great idea.
