Convenience and Fulfilling

Pros: Breakfast provided ever morning. even though simple cereal, milk, fresh orange, toast. But it fulfilling.

Cons: Probably toilet, it does not look clean, it does not have bidet, the rail kind of rusty. First enter the bathroom fills with cigarette smells.

Pros: The location was great, between two different stations and four different subway lines Basic breakfast of toast, cereal and coffee

Cons: Our room was disgusting. Lots of stains and marks on the walls, paper thin walls - could hear sneezes and a baby crying, multiple floor boards that were loose, very dusty, broken tv remote, super stained toilet and a shower head that was clearly on it's last legs.

Pros: The location is superb, new to market and subways. The service is good, we travelled from Malaysia, our flight arrived at 5am and we were allowed to check in before 11am, very convenient as we were very tired. We can change our towels every day as they are free flow. The breakfast is usual, some cereals and bread, but it is okay. Highly recommended.

Overall the location, room, cleanliness and convenience is enough to want to come back next time!

Pros: The location is perfect, the subway station is 2 minutes away as is the bus stop. 7-Eleven close to the place works 24/7. The view from the 6th floor was incredible, the windows were really big. Clean! Comfy bed, you can change towels as often as you want, AC works well.

Cons: Breakfast was either 2 kinds of cereal or toast with jam/butter, still had to eat at 7-Eleven. No hangers in the room, only 2 hooks for clothes - isn't really convenient. Also, the window only opened a little bit and the handle was really loose so it broke once we touched it. The walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbors you'll hear them well (like we did).

Pros: 1.The location is just perfect, especially for the first time in Seoul. 2.The bus from the airport has a stop nearby, which is also very convinient. 3.There were also two things which I haven't used but at least I had such opportunity: wifi and breakfast. 4.Also I'm very thankful that I could check in 2 hours earlier. I had no window and it was very stuffy but they had a fan and air conditioner

Cons: 1. Online service while booking was terrible. No response and wish to help. Here is my story: I chose this hotel for the 3 reasons: location, price and NO PREPAY. No prepay was the most important part since I'm from Russia and Russian credit cards can't be used for booking as they're banned internationally. But still I had to connect my friend's card to complete the booking where they withdraw 1$ just to check if the card works. I asked the hotel if I can pay with CASH. They said - YES. One month before my trip they tried to withdraw THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF BOOKING COST. Of course I didn't have this sum on my friend's card. So they failed. And I got a notification from booking that my booking will be canceled if I don't pay in the next 16h. I tried to reach out the hotel support, and got a simple answer that they just need to do it to see if the card worked. All my next questions were fully IGNORED. THE PROBLEM is that there was no information that they withdraw THE WHOLE SUM one month before, only a blury sentence like : the hotel might temporaly withdraw the deposit. Since when the Deposit is the whole sum, huh? So I had to top up my friend's card and pay for the booking ONLINE which caused overpay almost 100$!!!!!! SO IF YOU'RE RUSSIAN - HAVE YOUR WHOLE BOOKING SUM ONE MONTH BEFORE THE TRIP ON YOUR CARD, IT'S REFUNDABLE, BUT THEY WITHDRAW THE WHOLE SUM JUST TO CHECK IF THE CARD WORKS. 2. Dirty sheets. 3. No cattle in the room. 4. Shower - after the shower your toilet will be drowning for a while and it will be wet till the next evening since the humidity is crazy there.

Cons: there's this lunch time, and we were still sleeping because of nightshift work(work from home[laptop] set up) and your cleaners are so loud while cleaning,they talk&laugh so loud it's like they're partying, i hope nextime they mind the other room's tenant if someone is inside or not.
