    Disappointing

    Good location but would not recommend this hotel

    Pros: Location is great
    Cons: The only lights the room has are lamps so its pretty bad lighting. We asked reception for them to come clean the room, empty bins and change towels and bedsheets but they didnt. After asking again the next day someone literally just changed the towels but left everything else so we had to empty our own bins and leave it in the lobby where it stayed there for a few days before hotel staff noticed.

    Perfect location in Karakoy to stay

    Pros: Staff are happy and very helpful. Location is very convenient and accessible to restaurants, shops, cafe, and Galata tower.
    Cons: Room is clean but it can improve more, some spots are missed out to clean. Lights are too dim.

    Karakoy stay

    Pros: Super comfy bed and very well presented room. The brick wall was a nice touch along with mood lights around the bed ,the TV was a good size with access to a variety of streaming service. Towels and bedding sheets where changed on a daily basis.
    Cons: The only gripe I had was the fridge wasn't very cold and the trams woke me up early in the morning.

    Pros: The location is excellent, walking distance of galata tower, taksim tunnel, karakoy bridge and galataport. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Giray. We took a suite that is enough for a small family with a great view of the bridge Our go to place when visiting Istanbul
