    Pros: It is a very central hotel. It was very authentic and unique experience and had huge rooms. The architecture is amazing. It is quiet and peaceful and has a large garden. The staff were very kind and helpful.

    A piece of heaven in the middle of Katmandu

    Pros: Enjoy the silence in the middle of this amazing honky town. Great spirit, lovely rooms and the entire staff is super-friendly and remarkably helpful. Ill be back!

    It was pleasant, comfortable and very accessible. Amazing hospitality.

    Pros: The infrastructure and hospitality.
    Cons: There was some renovation happening when we were at the hotel. So the morning works and the fact that we couldnt enjoy the outside so much was a disappointment .

    Pros: The place has great charm, the staff is lovely, we were even able to have a yoga lesson in the morning, included in the price!
    Cons: It was a little cold (we stayed in March), but the beds were equipped with electric blankets which were awesome.

    For everybody, who likes extraordinary hotels

    Pros: I liked a lot: Hotel is a very nice building, situated very well in center, the very kind staff and mostly the warming bottles in the bed. I liked a lot the food, they have in their restaurant. As I got thick, the staff brought me medikaments and the, this was really very kind and I preciate this a lot. Thank you for that.
    Cons: I didn't like: The shower didn't work all the time, and the toilet inside looked very. dirty, they have cleaned it every day, but it still looked dirty.

    A gorgeous, traditional style and eco-friendly hotel, just steps from the centre of Thamel.

    Pros: Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, a great choice and delicious local tastes. Room was huge and very pretty. It was cold (in January) but we had a heater plus hot water bottles appeared every night. I would definitely stay there again.
    Cons: The bathroom was a little tired but everything worked so no real complaints.

    Pros: Kantipur Temple House is amazing authentic hotel, very centrally located in Kathmandu. The building is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable. But we do want to highlight the amazing service the staff provides - they were extremely accommodating to all our asks. Every evening the room was heated and prepared for the night - electric blankets, heater, water bottles, really makes you feel cozy. Beyond that, we were able to leave our bags at the hotel, while going for a trek in Pokhara. Our flight was delayed so the staff at the hotel helped us transport the bags to the airport before our next flight to Delhi. Extremely responsive and helpful! We also had very good meals at the hotel. Definitely recommend it!

    It was a wonderful stay , highly recommended from a familys perspective

    Pros: The staff was very hospitable and helpful. They helped me arrange tours through a car company . Took care of our breakfast needs. And kept the room clean n tidy whenever we went out
    Cons: We were on 3rd floor . For us its ok but there r people for whom climbing stairs is a challenge. I would recommend them to have an elevator.

    Authentic vibes in Kathmandu

    Pros: Good location! Near Thamel but not too close to hear any of the noise. Good restaurants nearby. Very cool, authentic decor (really makes you feel like you're staying in a temple). Very nice staff who always greets with a smile - we liked the turndown service they provided with hot water bottles in the bed & electric bed heater!
    Cons: Pretty dark room (but I think that goes with the aesthetic of the place, still, made it difficult to see at times). Bed was a bit stiff (not unbearable though). Bathroom was a little out of date. Because they're an eco-friendly resort (which we like!) the room did get a bit cold at night (but see above comment about turndown service! Just be prepared). Not a great lock on the door to the room (just a padlock).
