Pros: Tried to upgrade our room to a Pool Villa & they were terrific in helping us out. Staff could not do enough for us. Some of the facilities dated but fitted right in with the resort.

Pros: The cleaning staff were excellent. The breakfast staff were excellent too. Having my own pool made a big difference. The room was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly.

Cons: It had a lot of barking from local dogs, especially at night. It was quite a bit away from restaurants and shops, though there was a 1-way shuttle service into central Sanur. I didn't like it after 2 weeks ( i was staying there for 29 nights)when they tried to move me to a villa without a pool, saying they were moving me to a free villa upgrade, (which I found to be a downgrade)I found that very disappointing

Private pool! Unexpected upgrade absolutely made my trip.

Pros: I absolutely loved this property! It was a little further away from the beach to what I had anticipated but that would not stop me from staying there again. The staff were lovely and the accommodation. Ahhh Im still reliving 4 weeks later.

Cons: If I have to say anything, location but even then, I wasnt overly fussed. It was a nice walk to the beach. Beats the hour plus drive Id need to take at home to reach a beach.

Pros: We had to check in late as we had a later arrival and the team were amazing from the beginning. We were welcomed, shown through to our villa and were made to feel extra special with towel swans prepared to help celebrate our honeymoon. The villa was spacious and the pools were awesome, the space felt fresh and relaxing. Each morning we were welcomed to a courtesy breakfast, the food was lovely and so were the team looking after us. The staff were always so kind, friendly and ready to assist with any requests with a smile. It made our stay that extra bit special. The location of the villa is in a quiet part of Sanur, walks to the beach generally took around 15 minutes, while a courtesy shuttle bus (operations until 4pm) helped if we wanted to save our legs for shopping and heading to restaurants. Overall my wife and I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend anyone else looking to relax and unwind in Sanur. Thank you!

Pros: Our Villa was upgraded to the 2 bedroom Villa. Plenty of space. Very private. Lovely gardens. Complimentary dinner for 2 on the final evening.

Cons: Overbooked our Villa for the first night, so we got moved to there so called sister villas. These was located in North Sanur. Was very remote. The Villa they moved us to didn't compare in quality and location to the one we had booked. Prepaid power meter that ran out of credit at 3am in the morning.

Pros: Lovely place... Walk to beach is around 15 mins with lots of great food and bars on the beach.

Cons: ...Walking back from the beach at night is not recommended as lots of Bali dogs lurking and are aggressive. Get Grab app on your phone and grab a car back for around $6 AUD.

Pros: Great hospitality and amazing garden with swimming pool. We loved to stay here and wish to stay longer. Delicious meals and very friendly and kind staff. Strongly recommend to everybody! Matur sukseme,we will definitely return :-)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will be back!

Pros: I had the best massage of my life here from Nyoman Arini! (Aromatherapy Massage) Unfortunately, I only had time to have 2 massages from her, but if we stayed longer I definitely would have had gone every day (maybe twice lol). We were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger pool villa (Maja) which had a beautiful pool. The food was exceptional and our favourites were the ribs and prawn dishes. We were too slow to book a hire bike, otherwise we would have ventured to the cafes and restaurants along the beach more often - as its about a 10-15 minute walk. We didn't mind as we just relaxed by our pool anyway.
