Pros: What a lovely hotel - the staff were super helpful in telling us what apps to use to book train and bus tickets around the country. they also helped us with bookings of our ongoing trip. We also booked an extra night because we'd arrived late that day from Europe and were really tired, this was super easy and the staff were fine with that. The size of the room is ok, there's enough space to have all of our luggage. The bathroom was very clean and well equipped, as well as the rest of the room itself. The view was ok if you look far as you can see some amazing skyscrapers, but nearby it was a bit less built up. now being in the rest of south east Asia, I've learnt that this is what I should expect in a lot of places and this is therefore fine. The A/C worked perfectly and the wifi was very quick too. The location of the hotel works well but please consider that traffic is quite bad at times so it's best to plan ahead - that said, there's a mall only 10-15 minutes walk away which has everything, including a place to get a sim card.

Cons: The breakfast can be a bit better but it wasn't too bad. I would have preferred more options.

The place is strategically located for those who are in Jakarta to do their shopping. Just a walking distance to Tanah A

Pros: Strategic location & very clean. The room is small but very clean. Maybe you should put more hooks in the room.

Cons: The shower head holder is non rotatable. It was difficult to take a shower, one has to hold the shower all the while. The hot water is not hot, it is basically just a tit warm. Luckily it was a hot day outside, so taking a cold shower was good.

Pros: The location is perfect if you want to shopping at Tanah Abang. 3 minutes walk only. Very near. The room is very clean. The bed is comfortable.

Cons: Bear in mind room size is not too big especially if you have many luggage. The breakfast choice quite limited. And the restaurant also quite small. But its okay. The location is more important and valued.

Pros: Breakfast was yummy, rooms clean, breakfast was really good!! But what made the stay the best was the staff that was so helpful, helping me print papers and even sending a parcel for me!! I couldn't have wished for a better service and I would return any time :) The room was kind of small for two people, but I didn't mind for a short trip :)
