    Pros: Receptionist was very friendly and provided us with an upgrade, so the room was better than expected. She was also helpful with information on shopping and meals.

    It was disappointing

    Pros: That it was close to the doctor my daughter was seeing
    Cons: The room wasnt cleaned by the time I checked in. There was damage to the window and door. The hot tub was cold. When I booked I thought I was getting a ground floor room with private entrance and did not get that. Overnight staff was rude. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were empty. Inside of the microwave was dirty. There were stuff that I wasnt sure wasnt blood on the bathroom wall by the trash can. Overall wasnt what I was expecting to pay almost $140 for.

    Pros: clean room, safe location, comfy beds - quite soft , just FYI. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved that there was a power bar on the night stand to accommodate both of our phone chargers.
    Cons: Hotel needs some updating, curtains did not cover windows enough, carpet was torn, but was clean.
