Pros: I liked the location and the fact I could smoke in my room. I loved this place until this visit. I had to change rooms at 3:30am the first night because the ac stopped working. The next room they put me in the TV wouldn't work. The mgr told them to put me in yet another room. And I was still ok with my stay until I plugged in my flat iron to do my hair around 4am and the outlet by the sink was missing the outlet cover. Once the flat iron heated up I picked it up to use it and sparks flew from the outlet. It burned me on my chest and stomach. On top of splitting the cord from my flat iron. It scares me to death. I went and told the guy on duty and he said he would document the accident and request a refund. When I spoke to the lady on duty the next morning. 1 hour before check out she was rude to me but said she would talk to the owner Mr DJ Patel later that day and for me to call back. While I was explaining to her that there was no outlet cover on that outlet one of the cleaning ladies came in. The lady I was dealing with was shocked the room was rented without the outlet cover because she said, " It was a fire hazard." The cleaning lady said well we told you it was missing over a week ago. Of course the lady I was dealing with said she did not know but the cleaning lady was 100% sure she told management. Anyway when I called later that day she said nothing would be done because the cord was not melted. I explained to her that when an outlet arcs that it would not melt anything unless the sparks started a fire. They assumed it was cut. But if you have ever been electricity u know it reacts like lighting.

Pros: The location is great central to everything the pillows and bed were comfy and smelled clean. The shower head was nice and strong hot and cold water available.

Cons: The room itself is run down and the doors are stained with god knows what. The fixtures are old and the door knobs look broken and dirty. The bathroom had what looked like a punch hole that was filled in and painted over.

Certainly wasn't the same place I stayed last time I visited Winder, GA.! It has fallen to the pits!

Cons: The room smelled, for a Handicap room, it didn't meet the qualifications. The bed was so high up, my husband could hardly get on it. The bathroom was also NOT Handicap accessible. It should have had a shower, not tub. The shower stool was so awful looking I wouldn't let my dog sit on it!
