Lots of options for family activities and meals with great views!

Pros: The breakfast is not included. The onsite restaurant was delicious but expensive. We drove to get bagels nearby one morning. The location had many restaurants and bars nearby. It was a short drive to rent jet skis or go snorkeling.

Pros: The location and amenities are wonderful. The beach area and pool was clean. The staff was friendly and cooperative, mostly. I feel they were accommodating to our needs. Its quiet and peaceful.

Cons: Our start was a little rocky. One of our beds had sand in it and clearly had not been changed before we arrived. The management was quick to accommodate us and we were moved to an upgraded room, which was very nice. However, 4 days later we are still working with the hotel over random charges that keep appearing on our account that are unaccounted for, which is frustrating.

We absolutely loved The Islander Resort! So much to do right on the property.

Pros: So much right there, beach, 2 pools, eat/drink, hot tub, and much more! Also close to lots of restaurants and shops. Our room was amazing and spacious. All of the employees were super friendly and helpful.

Cons: Considering the large size of the room, the bathroom vanity area was quite small. I'm really nitpicking, there wasn't much not to like.

Disappointed for $6k for 4 days Want refund as promised

Pros: The location

Cons: There was a horrible smell in both rooms like sewer coming from bathrooms that they wouldnt fix. Kept saying they would come and fix and never did. It made everyone sick in the rooms Asked to have fire pits lit waited 2 hours never showed up. Jacuzzi not working said they were coming to fix and never did. Paid $6k and got zero service on all issues. The manager called after we left and said she submitted a refund to booking.com and we would get in 7 days. Still no refund.

Cons: Way over priced for resort. Manager was very unhelpful to our situation of asking for an early check in due to my husbands being exhausted from his chemo. Then was put next to a room from a wedding party. Up all night. Terrible stay. Was with my adult kids. Would never go back

Beautifully remodeled private-beach resort. We will be back for sure.

Pros: Clean and beautifully landscaped beach-resort. Private beach was immaculate. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms had been remodeled and were spotless. We will return for sure.

Cons: Breakfast in the morning was great, but they should open up breakfast restaurant for dinner as well. Only option for lunch or dinner is poolside bar and grill.
