Pros: nothing other than the beach

Cons: Both rooms were extremely dirty with one covered in construction materials and popcorn ceiling material all over the floor and bed. Shower in 1 room was covered in mold and was handicapp.

Pros: The staff was great , the bar section was good, pricey on the drinks, karaoke was good , it has a kiddos pool for my 2yr old

Cons: , one of the shower didn't work well , the tvs didn't work at all , no service, the internet worked sometimes wen it wants too. The beach they make it seem seem big but its just one small section with alot rocks in the sand , we stayed on the third floor nothing but stairs,

Cons: We have been to the Bahamas many times. Unfortunately this place is very worn. Our shower head flooded the entire bathroom. Spraying everywhere. When talking to the stuff they fixed it. Which was nice. It is just very old in general.

Pros: Staying for few days a islands seas was great except for first day checking in was very disappointing for us but we did sought things out after day 2 weather was great food little expensive but we did expect that cuz we were on vacation and didnt wanted to cook all so room we stayed in needed a complete Reno the shower leaking tub back wall had a hole in the wall good thing hot water was running but we did enjoy every moment of our few days thank to all lovely staff

Pros: There was no breakfast served.

Cons: The resort is recovering from a Cat5Hurricane from 2019, Not in any condition to rent. The windows are literally hanging on a crooked, the lighting in the rooms are terrible. Old furniture you are scared to sit on. Kitchen with microwave that was unusable, locks on doors were latches because the locks didn't work. Termite on the floor. Electrical outlet coming off the wall, It was an awful experience and the pictures they show online is not what you get by a far shot. Was told by maintenance guys that yes the resort rooms are under reconstruction and that the Island is gone and won't be like it use to be for a long time. The same evening we got there, I made flight reservations to leave the next day with my family.

Pros: Resort is located in a very nice place. The beach and the swimming pool are very nice. In the neighborhood, you can find restaurant Maxis and the lovely food truck from Michelle with amazing lobster The lifeguard is very friendly and takes care of young and older guests

Pros: The grounds are beautiful and the beach is well kept and maintained.

Cons: Arrival was a miserable. I booked courtyard having stayed at this resort many times many years ago. Instead, front desk was sending everyone over to marina side and third floor, about the worst rooms one could get. I had to argue to prove I booked courtyard and had to bring up my confirmation through email and forward it to them on their horribly slow wifi. I asked for first floor and was refused even though the resort was probably at about 5% capacity at best. Near the last two days there were hardly 15 people there.

Once we got our supplies, it was good (if you are a beach person, there wasn't much to do).

Pros: Right on the beach, a view wonderful. And the maid service were wonderful. Large, swimming pool.

Cons: What we didn't like was that they knew 2 people were coming for two weeks, and we had to keep asking for; silverware, plates, cups, glasses, pots, etc.. Here's a list of our supplies; 1 small pot, 1 soup bowl, 3 plates, 1 glass, 1glass top to a casserole dish, 1 baking dish, an ironing board but no iron, no teaspoons, 5 forks, 3 butter knives, 2 steak knives, a good supply of large cooking utensils. NO barbecue, when we ask where they were, they give us a little charcoal cooker.
