    Not at all the experience we were expecting from a luxury vintage hotel

    Pros: Good location on Main Street although looked into parking lot
    Cons: Very tired decor and bathroom. Uncomfortable bed and pillows and tired linens. No water pressure in sink and shower did not work at all, we were given a refund after checkout as we were unable to shower.

    A lovely high end Inn with beautiful rooms.

    Pros: Our room was perfect! The cleaning staff were meticulous and there was even a rose left on my pillow. The suite was larger than we expected. Surprised by the online concierge "Ivy".
    Cons: The coffee service in the room was not great. We went to foyer to get coffee and that set-up was out of creamer and sugar. It's unfortunate that this beautiful Inn is located beside ongoing construction. This really should be mentioned before booking. Also disappointed that there were no small shops etc. to browse in during our stay. There is nothing to do once you arrive at this Inn. Hoping once the construction is wrapped up some shops will open up.

    Highly recommended and will stay again!!!

    Pros: We stayed at the city. Absolutely wonderful. Staff thoughtful and friendly. Highly recommend for a weekend expat the Niagara Bench.
    Cons: It was perfect, no complaints.

    Looks can be deceiving.

    Pros: Grounds are beautiful, location very convenient for hitting up different vineyards.
    Cons: Beds and pillows are horrendously uncomfortable. Rooms are very dated. Could deal with the dated fixtures and decor if they maybe replaced the mattress and spent more than 5$ on a pillow. Honestly the worst pillows we've ever slept on. Unfortunately not too many hotel options in this area so they can get away with charging whatever they want just based on demand alone.
