About Highgate Independent Real Estate Investment Brand Hotels

Highgate Independent is a real estate investment and hospitality management corporation. It began its operations 3 decades ago. Their approach to navigating the industry is by building hotels in key getaway destinations like New York, Boston, Miami, San Francisco, Key West, and Waikiki. They also have an emerging name in the European hotel industry. They have 100+ hotels scattered in these great locations. Their strategic approach has earned them recognitions like their award-winning properties in North America and Europe. Their success is adherent to their performance in serving their clients luxury services. Each location in their wide coverage is built according to the high-class trends within its community.

For instance, their New York operations have been a coveted commodity in the industry. Making that location’s success as sole basis for their achievements is great enough to put their name on the map just like now. Since they are an independent hotel chain without subsidiary agreements or mother brands, they maximize their sole control over their brand by making innovations in their existing systems. These days, they have been adapting to latest technological developments to seal their emergence as the hotel industry gets dragged with the drastic evolutions in the digital world. Highgate’s website is even proof enough to how they make it easy for clients to access their offerings.

Pros: The location
Cons: Yes. One of the girls at front desk was not friendly at all when we checked out. I asked her about the extra $11 in charges that they did not tell me about for wifi or whatever and she just kind of gave me attitude.

Pros: Location was excellent for our needs. Clean and adequate for our 2 night stay, which was mainly spent outside of the hotel. Front desk was very nice, efficient, overall friendly and felt like he wanted to be there.
Cons: The only thing was the perfume smell in the lobby was a bit overwhelming. I have high smell sensitivity which causes migraines. I held my breath.

Cons: The room needed some maintenance and repairs - there was a leaking bathtub faucet that could not have gone unnoticed by staff and appeared to have been leaking for a long time (as indicated by the stains in the bathtub).
