    There is no short information...

    Pros: Location is great
    Cons: The AC didn’t not work! I have been told it’s only warm air available as the winter season was still on. It’s was 23 degrees on the Easter weekend -no air circulation, we were boiling at night. I was advised to open the window but the noise from the street (drunk party people around -understandable) did not let us sleep. I have complained few times to the reception but no action taken/no AC restored. My blinds were broken and my kids woke up at 6am as the day started … we have booked 4 rooms (3x family premium rooms) hoping for comfort of stay. The lack of AC turn this stay into really painful few days and sleepless nights. The description of AC availability should be corrected on their website as right now it’s a lie -if I would be informed about the AC problem I would not book the rooms there. Also the underground parking is very narrow- there was not information of the size of vehicle that can fit (no SUVs) and we have Seat Tarraco! We struggles all the way down to see the sign on the wall of size vehicle that will fit! There is nothing at the entry/website -only at the bottom of the underground garage. I think this is another misleading information or rather lack of it!

    A good hotel for those...

    Pros: The hotel is near Palladium Mall with lots of caffes and an entire food court. Also one can find Lidl and Billa in the neighborhood. Very well connected with the public transport (metro, tram, bus) and easy to get to the airport. Public transport is free in Prague for seniors over 65 years! The hotel is very near the city centre and the touristic attractions.
    Cons: Lack of customer care for the receptionist(a young guy) on duty in the evening of 14.03.2024. No patience with the clients, lack of information about the forms one has to sign, which is one full page of small printed sentences, etc The rest of the receptionists were nice. Our room faced the internal court but as we spent little time in the room, it was not disturbing.
